- Warranty of 1 year will get applicable in manufacturing defects. Any physical damage will not get covered under warranty.
- 10 years on the motor and 1 years on the parts (auger, strainer and rubber parts are not included) for domestic use. and for commercial use the warranty of 2 years on the motor and 1 year on the parts (auger, strainer and rubber parts are not included).

pathetic custoemr service
My juicer has not been working since the last 10 days. I have called 100s of times and not ONE call has been picked up. I just get a WhatsApp message that my parts are being sourced and when they are available someone will come to fix my juicer. How does anyone even know what is wrong without looking at the juicer??
Is there anyone who cares about customers after sales????
