A recent effort to purchase

A recent effort to purchase Lee trouser from the website has made me regret that decision. The logistic/delivery guys just call and don't reply on the call, put the call on hold for extended period and hang-up, further on a single afternoon they have send 10's of sms continuously and this continued the following day. These ecart's people are a menace.

Fleece lined regular straihgt fit jeans

Are fleece lined regular Fleece lined jeans (for winter) available from any of your stores in India?
I want to purchase one for my son.
I usually buy lee Jeans for him.His usual size (without Fleece Lining) is 36.5 inches waist and 37.5 inches length(Indian Lee Jeans Size).
So for Fleece lined jeans what size should I choose? Any allowance to be made for the extra Fleece lining?
Where in Manhattan (New York) are your stores where this fleece lined lean may be available? My son is presently in NYC and can visit your store and try out and buy also. Kindly give contact details
Do you alter the length if need be? Any extra charge for the same.
