My experience with your services has been very disappointing and I am still facing the same problem, and yesterday engineers visited and inspected the laptop display to make sure that the border tape was extra and was coming outside from many sides as I have communicated many times before. As you are telling me it could be managed, it is not an experimental device. If you are not able to resolve it, then I will take further action for this.
Lenovo V14-IIL Laptop (Lenovo)
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop series V14- IIL. I bought 64 Laptops of this series. Many of them have the same issue. Some keyboard keys have stopped working, till now 30-35 of those laptop's keyboards have been replaced, and few of laptop's keyboards have been replaced twice.
Second, the laptop gets Freezes and if we install any driver related to the VGA from the official website, the screen starts blurring and flickering in all the laptops.

I have purchased lenevo ideapad slim 3, One and half month back initially it was normal but from few days it's working very slowly, I have raised a ticket and lenevo people contacted in online and done something from then it's not even starting /Homepage is also not opening.
Now nobody is giving proper response.

Let me give a breif
I have procured my laptop and from the initial day, I always have a problem with the camera. The light use to flicker and sometimes it does not work. I raised complain many times and recently my camera completed stopped working. I reached out to Lenovo online support and addressed my concerns, every time they hear the story from the beginning and till now the issue is not resolved.
Finally, they arranged for an engineer by the name Mr. Prabu, he came and checked and he said he need to replace one cable, he also promised that he will raise it to the next level and order an item. But till now the issue is not been addressed. When I checked in service status, it is showing as Repair completed while it is not. This is highly unprofessional and unable to accept it. Now again I started everything from the beginning. I am struggling for the last 2 month. N
Team pls address my problem. After spending so much money to buy this product, the service response is very disappointing even after repeated escalation. Again one service engineer came with some old part which was not compatible. Every time new people are coming and they are not been briefed on the old issue.
After waiting for more than a month, no solution is being provided. Can somebody take this up in priority and address this issue.
It is not professionally right to make the customer run from pillar to post. Please sort out my issues immediately. I have already written to CEO also, even then the response is poor. I will again write it to him to give feedback on service efficiency.
Again they came and packed my system for replacement but still the replacement system is not given. I am without laptop for last 2 month.
I hope this feedback will be viewed and corrective action will be take.

Legion laptop price fraud and legion bag issue
I purchased my Legion laptop(512 GB ssd, i5 10th gen, 4 gb Graphics 1650) with serial number -"PF1A28RQ" from lenovo center(Absolute IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, season mall) on 13 Dec 2020.
The price of this laptop is 76,000 without a legion bag but for the same configuration lenovo website is selling with a legion bag as 74,000. How is it possible? Then I raised this issue to lenovo center( Absolute IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, Season mall) but they are not taking any action on it.
So I request the lenovo team to take action on such a type of fraud. But they are providing any solution and always closed this issue.

My name is keerti kamble and I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a lenovo(ideapads340) laptop computer I bought from vijay sales 3 months ago. As soon as I turned on the computer, my camera is not working with one month of use then i have taken my laptop to the service center and they corrected it but again the problem persists
In the first month of purchase i had to face this scenario ;-
Instead Vijay Sales asked me to personally go to Lenovo Service Center which is situated in Vashi,After showing to them they said that laptop camera panel is loose, so they have to keep the laptop for a day and open the panel and refix back which solved my problem for a month.
Now the laptop camera started to have the same problem,and I'm really disappointed by the overall experience.
I definitely need this situation to be solved as soon as possible. I made the decision to buy the laptop . However, from the experience of the laptop, I feel deceived.I would like you to send me the laptop I first chose from your brand , including all the specifications that were shown. If I don’t get a quick response to my request, I hope a full refund of the payment I already made.
Please do look in to this matter Asap..otherwise i have take some real strict actions

Problem in Lenovo mobile within one and half months
I bought Lenovo K10 note on 7.06.2020 from Flipkart...and I got my product on 9.06.2020...after the use of the phone for 1week I feel that the middle portion of the screen is not working properly I mean to say that the touch is not working in the middle portion of the screen..and the finger sensor is also don't work properly.....then from the last week the screen started to work automatically... it's just a ghost is there in my screen...it automatically opens any app... minimise the opened application...opens the recent application portion... automatically scroll down the screen and put the brightness level at the top...I went to the service center, which is a Lenovo authorised service centre at barasat named "telesoft" today to get relief from this problem though it is in its warranty period but there I faced so much disturbing situation which was not expected at all...they told me that in this situation of lockdown they are not going to help me out of this problem...if my warranty period will gone...what I will do???

I have purchased lenovo yoga 520 (MP1E5GEQ) from ranchi(jharkhand). Its not even 1year of purchase i got trouble opening system. I lodged a complaint 1month ago for the same. Local service center changed its motherboard and since then i am getting new problems araised. Its keyboard was not functioning for which i lodged complaint again. When the keyboard was changed again problem arised in speakers. For again the complaint was lodged by the local service provider, and i was told i will get it resolved within 3-4 working days. Its been a week i didn't get any calls or reply.
This a newly purchased laptop and i am getting so much problems which are not even resolved properly for more than a month. Really unhappy with the service and poor quality laptop

I have purchased Lenovo Ideapad 330S from Dubai and tested there for 10 mins connecting local hotel WI-FI. After coming to India, I installed chrom and started surfing internet.
I come across a strange problem:
When trying to surf www.hotstar.com (which is available in India and opening in other laptop), browser responded that "Hotstar is coming to Europe soon" means not available in your region.
Even connecting with google also it searched only related to Europe sites.
Laptop time/date is set as India and internet using is from Airtel.
Please guide me how to resolve this issue.

This is very shameful. Either you don't care your customers or this is the way Lenovo behaves with their every customer. Also, I believe this email I'd of yours is also fake and no one marked in the trail is accountable for anything happened as this is the first time I am facing such negligence from any of the service provider, I should really post this to social media to make others aware of your behaviour

Dear Sir,
I had given my lenovo phone which was having the charging issue. I gave my Phone to Lenovo Service centre at Palakkad, Kerala within the warranty period.
But when I went there to take my Phone they demanded for Money as they said some random issue & it doesn't cover the warranty. Later their Manager accepted their flaw & told me that i can take my phone. Still the phone was not rectified I gave it back to them. Now the warranty period is over & its been 2 Months that they have not given me my phone back & are now again demanding money. The behaviour of the staff is very bad & maximum try to Steal as much money from customer possible. They sometimes don't even know the reason behind the problem & cant even say when it can be solved.
I have not yet received my phone, Palakkad Service Centre is the worst.
I request lenovo team to Help me. I cant relay on Palakkad Service centre, Many of the times they dont even receive the call.

Charging problem
I have Lenovo G450 laptop. I have following problems with the the laptop :-
