As advised I had deposited Rs.33,227/- in account of LG Electronics on Friday i.e. 29.01.2021 but as on date I have not received the refrigerator.
This complaint is more than 3 month old and officials of M/s LG are just keeping it at their end.
Please let me know do you have any kind of customer service , if yes , then I will say that you need to change your approach.
If M/s LG ELECTRONICS (I) PVT. LTD, Was not able to deliver me service then he should not promise me or not kept me in dark, I could have purchased refrigerator of other make.

It whom to concern ..I had purchased LG product ( Refrigerator model No GL-T302RDSU in June 2018, where company claimed 10 Years warranty of compressure ( tag attached ).
But unfortunately LG company not able to stand by their promise.
I am a middle class person who believed on company commitment and spent hard cash of 31500/- to purchase a double door refrigerator to make my family proud by utilize such a biggest brand of home appliances at home . But it surprised me when it get started giving me problem in very first year.
The company 10 years warranty refrigerator's compressure got faulty in very first year . If get replaced in Nov 2019 after 2 previous repair and now in May 2020 compressor again got breakdown.
Now I am a biggest detractor of LG company and want lodge a complaint on various platforms against the company services and product quality , So that no one can trust on company fake commitments.
I am really disappointed now the way I had received the service level from ground team and their help desk.

I have purchased a LG GL refrigerator in the month of Sept Two thousand seventeen After few months of its service I noticed excess water is flooding out from the refrigerator on manual defrosting and floor of my house gets slippery Since this is abnormal one contacted your customer care in first week of July this year Your local service technician attended but problem could not be rectified Then again contacted local service technician in the same month after a week he came again but could not resolve I got frustrated with the service provided by the local service center I lost confidence with the local service facility Finally I escalate this issue here for early resolve of the problem or else replace the refrigerator Please note that even though one year completed the problem is old problem
Hope LG being the high reputed brand my problem will be addressed appropriately soon
