When on the tv the program are going good but automatically it downloading new software after 100% update it cames black screen we can't change channel
I off and on it shows black screen.
Please help me

I have purchased LG Smart 32' TV on 15th of August in Sathya Home Appliances however even after 1 week still now no one came for Demo and Installation. Hence, I have not able to utilize the TV hence my family got frustrated.

Request, LG Customercare look in to this immediately and make immediate arrangement for the same. I have also raised complaint through LG Toll Free ph#.

Whats wrong with the video display of my LG SMART TV? It is having moving picture issue. The screen shows everything alright except video feed or movie of any kind from any source, set top box, youtube, Netflix etc. But, it shows the usual displays like Instructions, settings, even thumbnails of Netflix or Prime video, but no movie or tv programs. You can even see the video time line, but no video. Audio is ok. But instead of video only a light green screen shows. LG service technician suggested that the Panel needs replacement. But, my question is how is it showing still pictures, menu, settings etc then?Please answer and guide.

i bought LG 43 Inch smart tv from Amazon (INR 28999) & it has been delivered on 30th May 2020, but till date not even single service call received from LG team, i m quite surprise abut this kind of service just for installation.

i tried all the toll free numbers for installation but its not reachable, even i registered installation request on whats app number as well but it doesn't useful. Ever i got one service massage from LG which contain the service assign to Mr. AKASH RAMJIYAVAN GUPTA but when i am trying to reach this number its a wrong number, how irresponsible.

i just quite worried because now other brands like Samsung, Sony they are providing services then what is the problem with LG. its look like i bought a local product. its really so cheap. i think its my bad luck as I bought LG product.

Dear LG tv team many times I tried to to connect the wi-fi but wi-fi not connected and one error sho on the tv display

Wi-fi turned off,Turn it on to see the list of available networks that you can connect to and additional related menu items

Please suggest to me how to solve this problem

I am constrained to write here for complaint of, MY LG 43 LED was damaged just like that as attached pictures, am since 29th October 2018 , when i raised the service call , they attend and told me surely 3 to 4 day's soved my complain but today already 5 day's gone Lg service center not attending my call as well as anything anyone now im doing is waiting and no one knows when my problem will get solved ..now festival Dipawali is near by 6 days how could I convains my family and my guest ,if I could not solved my coplain before Dipawali i don't even need the tv... LG can take it back.... We'll surely go with other Top Brand's and we'll also be suggest my friend's as well as my touched people to do not by any LG products because it's services it worths.

Last but not least pls changed your main Logo

I purchased 2 split ACs -one in March'2013 and another in May'2017.The condenser of the 1st one failed in 2017 and the condenser of the 2nd one failed in Aug'2018 immediately after completion of one year. Subsequently,on enquiry with others , I came to know that condenser failures with LG ACs is very common and customers are kept in dark about this before purchase. Is it a good buisness practice?
Please note,that if I don't get a satisfactory answer on this issue from your end ,I will have no other way but to refer the matter to consumer court.

I.purchased L.G.T.V. LED 32LN5I50 JANUVARY 2016 AT HYDERABAD. NOW AT PRESENT LIVING AT BHIMAVARAM 534201. MY T.V STOPPED WORKING .I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON LINE. IALSO CONTACTED THE LOCAL SERVICE CENTER.TECHNICIAN CAME AND SAID THERE IS FAULT IN MOTHER BOARD . HE BROUGHT THE BOARD BUT NOT WORKED OUT . SINCE THEN INSITE OF MMY PHONE CALL S THE SRVICE CENTRE IS NOT RESPONDING PRPERLY. ACTUALLY THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIND THE FALT. U PLEASE DIRECT THE SERVICE CENTER TO SALVE THE REPAIR PROBLEM IHAVE CONTIUSLY COONTACT ING.

I have bought new SCV setup box,but i cant configure the remote.remote list dont have my setup box name.
