Grievance Redressal

Step 1

Yo can register your complaint through following channels:

• Call on toll free no. 18002665844 (8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days of the week) or email at care [at] libertyinsurance [dot] in
• You can also write to registered office address (given below)

Step 2

If you are not satisfy or the response or resolution does not meet your expectations, you can escalate your grievance to Manager via email at: Manager [at] libertyinsurance [dot] in

Step 3

If you are still not satisfied with the resolution provided by the manager , you can further escalate your grievanceto Service head via email: ServiceHead [at] libertyinsurance [dot] in

Step 4

After all this level, if you are still unhappy or not getting the response, you can directly contact to the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) appointed at Statewise Branches.
