with due respect i am a regular customer of your shoe products and i used to wear your leather products regularly. but this time I have been given a defective product by one of your showrooms in Jalandhar Punjab sales 408, Lajpat Nagar Market 144001 which I bought on 25/04/2022. I went to the showroom and asked to look into the matter but they suggested me to wear the product for more days and if the shoe got more damaged they would ask the higher authority for repair . but my question is
Should I wait for your product to get more damaged and bring embarrassment and insult when I am attending a party or a function or doing my work?
Is this genuine?
Is this answer satisfying?
I paid 3499 for an article FL-034 fortune Black and the product started losing its grip from sole. kindly look into the matter seriously. I am a regular customer and to prove that i am sending a picture of an old shoe along with the picture of a new shoe and bill which i used to wear and before that i had black one also. but this time the salesman convinced me to buy this shoe. Kindly look into the matter seriously and waiting for your reply soon.

I have purchased one pair of sports shoes from your company's outlet(kamla nagar,delhi). .Just after wearing only once my shoes got torn due to poor stitching quality . Then i went to your outlet with this issue and said that please replace this pair as it is defective piece because neither any shoes got torn just by wearing one time due to bad stitching . Then the manager of your outlet said we will stitch it again and in future you will not face same problem again.Then i said ok. After that i got the repaired pair of shoes .Then just after wearing two times same problem persists again and my shoes got torn from the same area again due to poor stitching.Then on 4/12/2019 i went there again with the same issue and tell your manager that please replace my shoes as it is defective piece as i told you earlier. Then he deposited my pair of shoes with him and gave me a repairing slip again and said ok give one day , i will talk with the company regarding this matter and will let you know via phone call. THEN three days passed away and i didnt recieve any phone call from your end. Then on 7/12/2019 made a call at your outlet and asked for my issue by giving slip number then the person there said that the our senior manager is not here right now so i will call you after 10 minutes and will let you know about your shoes. Now its been 48 hours and i have not recieve any call from you.
NOW YOU TELL ME THAT IS THAT THE WAY TO DEAL WITH YOUR CONSUMER/CUSTOMER . I WAS NOT EXPECTING SUCH OF SERVICES FROM A COMPANY LIKE LIBERTY SHOES.IT WAS REALLY DISHEARTENING.I THINK I HAD MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY PURCHASING SHOES FROM YOU AND EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO VISIT YOUR OUTLET FOR THE SAME ISSUE.
SO kindly look into the matter and try to solve my issue as soon as possible.Otherwise i will have to exercise other legal options.
Here i am attaching the copy of purchase bill along with two repair slips issued by your company to me.

Sir I bought a shoes from online I paid but problem is I am not able to wear this shoes size is not enough for me so I want big size or return my money back pls I didn't know how to return from that app kindly help me I am ur old costumer so I want to continue pls help me

I had purchased 2 shoes, 1 sleeper, 2 shoe polish with 2 shoe brush for which I was asked to pay Rs 5174 but received invoice of Rs 2287 only.
I sent email to customer care to know about this matter, they just forwarded my email to agency manager from where I purchased them (1st Floor, GIP Mall Noida NUT).
Till now I haven't got any clarification or refund.

Seems like the Liberty is supporting fraud by not taking any action.

Shoe Complaint sir ,as we had purchased black school shoes from Yadav Enterprises ,Mansarover, Jaipur on 28.03.19 My ward school was opened on 1.04.2019 and he wore shoes only for 25 days before summer vacation. In between that his shoes became totally torned out and when we went to the Yadav Enterprises for it's complaint then he refused to help us and denied to take back the shoes. Kindly take proper action regarding this because LIBERTY is brand which does afford such product mistakes.As,we felt the same issue in the previous year this is for the second time we faced same problem and this time we need your action. For this I am enclosing invoice copy and shoe picture.

Hopefully you will support the justice.

i was purchased a shoe pair online from company store it was not uncomfortable so i returned the shoe the amount was shifted to my wallet but after a few days when i was going to purchase an another product my wallet amount show 0 and til date there is no response from company after 3 mails the custmer care number dosent respond i am planing to go in consumer forum

Dear Team

I pawan kumar purchased 1 pair shoes RHL20 with MRP 2999/- from your outlet located at Palwal Haryana. I purchased these shoes dated 16/04/2019.

But now this pair not in wearing condition due to sole of the shoes. I met with your manager at your outlet and requested to him to exchange the shoes.
He told me that it will take time up to seven days for exchange & the same will be exchanged from our head office located at karnal.

Today I saw the website of liberty and found that the price of these shoes is Rs. 1450/- but I purchased it in Rs. 2400/-.
As a customer, I am very disappointed by your services and your commitment.

I am the old customer of your company but this time my experience with your is not good.

You are requested to exchange my shoes with fresh pair of shoes or refund my amount as soon as possible.
