I am unable to activate Application on TV. It was working fine untill 2 days back. When insert code through mobile app it takes me back to sign-in page.

I have made the Madd the payment on 18 Sept 2023 around 4.30pm and it has not shown in my LIONSGATE PLAY app even after 3 to 4 hrs later
What is happening guys if you get payment then you should be able to provide the services if you couldn't do it then shut the thing and go off the market for God's sake
Attached herewith is the screenshots of the lionsgate app which still asks for subscription details even after successful login. I am still unable to watch anything, it's still asking for renewals.
Kindly look into the matter on priority as it's been almost since 25th June 2023, since last payment has been made from my end for renewal of subscription.
I renewed my subscription today after receiving an email offering a 50% discount on the price. made the payment online and the subscription was registered. When I clicked on the Activate TV tab, I was asked to enter the OTP shown on the TV screen. I turned on the Tv but the Lionsgate app does not open- it just hangs. This has been going on for 2 hours. I regret having renewed my subscription. Also, there is a Contact Us link on the Lionsgate Website. When I tried it, it just goes to the same page asking me to enter the OTP on the TV screen. I had to locate this page from a third-party source. Why did Lionsgate come to India if it is not interested in giving proper service?
I have paid amount of 699 for one year subscription one week back but still it showing not subscribed And enter payment method. Although I have subscried showing again need to pay. Why is this nonsence Now I don't want your subscription. Pay my money back
THIS APP IS WORST APP IN MY LIFE. VERY BAD CUISTOMER CARE SERVICE. NO ONE REPLY ON TIME OR RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.
NO ONE CAN WATCH MOVIES PROPERLY ON THIS APP LOTS OF PEOPLE TAKE SUBSCRIPTION BUT EVERYONE FACING PROBLEM. AND THEY NOT RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ON TIME. THIS APP IS WORKING PROPERLY IF YOU NOT TAKE SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE U NOT ABLE TO WATCH ANYTHING. BUT AFTER SUBSCRIPTION APP IS CLOSED IN MID OF WATCHING AGAIN AND AGAIN FROM LAST 7 DAYS I FOLLOWUP FOR THIS ISSUE BUT NO ONE PROVIDE US PROPER RESOLUTION. EVEN ISHA IS ALSO GOING TO HIDE SOMEWHERE SO THAT NO ONE CONTACT WITH HER SUCH A COWARD TEAM.

It's hpnd again. 2 days back, upon opening the app, it prompted me to pay subscription which was done approximately 2 months back. Today I hv sent a 2nd reminder but have to rec'd any response n neither my subscription has been modified.
Absolutely pathetic customer service and outdated movies which are of no interest.
Made a big mistake by subscribing to this app.
Pls det the needful done failing which, I shall post screenshots n mail exchange of both instances on FB.
