- The Buyer shall be permitted to return a Product with manufacturing defects/ tempered packaging provided the
Buyer informs about the same within 3 days of delivery by getting in touch with the

Very bad service
I am thoroughly disappointed with RO Services. After purchasing a one-year AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for ₹5000, their service has been nothing short of a disaster. When they were selling the AMC, they were very persistent, calling us multiple times. However, once we made the payment, their service completely vanished.
For the past month, my husband and I have been trying to schedule a maintenance visit. Every time we call their service center, we are given the runaround. They create a new service request each time and then abruptly hang up, assuring us that we will receive a message or call. We have taken time off work and stayed at home, waiting for their technician, but no one has shown up. This has been happening for four days in a row now. Their customer service is appalling. Each time a new person calls, they promise to come at a specific time, but it never happens. It's incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of our time. We have been left with an unserviced RO system despite paying for the AMC. I strongly advise everyone to avoid livpure RO Services. Their products may be fine, but their after-sales service is horrendous. Do not waste your money on their AMCs or expect any kind of reliable service from them.

I hv complaint several times but experience very bad response related to service within stipulated time worst company ever seen in the field of modern day buisness.

I have purchased the water purifier , and I have a problem ,I called the service person, he is not responded.
Issue regarding RO
I installed this product however they were so eager to install it and take the money due to some issue that product didn’t work out here then they took 3mnths to uninstall this after doing this it’s being more than a 2week that they are not refunding the money like this company is only looking to take the money no concern after that regarding anything now m calling them they just put my phone on hold and talking to their customer care person they don’t what to do like this is how they are just taking the money from people that’s all if u all read this comment company kindly refund my money back

Purchased the product on March 2019, within 9 to 10month I had done I had done 2 service, now again Service done on 07/dec/2019, which is not perfectly done, next day (ie) from 08/dec/2019 started leaking, called that service person n told regarding d leakage but he said no problem wait for 1more day if not resolved automatically I will check but after that his call is not getting connected when ever I call him, and from yesterday totally purifier is not working, from today morning I am trying to call customer care that also not getting connected, fed up with the Livpure product as well as service, ridiculous customer care.

New Livpure Water Purifier Leaking
The installation was done by M/s Sri Banashankari Enterprises Mr Mahadesh on 21/10/19 and it has started Leaking from 22/10/19. We requested Mr Mahadesh to attend but this guy was very rude and did not attend the problem. During Installation, this guy has collected Rs 200/- whereas the installation should be free.
Please look in to the issue and resolve immediately.

Taste of water is not good
We have touch 2000 water purifier for last few months the machine not working properly after several service complains problem still persist.The test of water is too bad to drink.
