CONDITIONS

The loans granted by the bank are payable on demand.
2- (a) Incidental charges of five rupees at least is made every half year (or at the time of adjustment of account, if
earlier) on each account. The incidental charges may be more, if the nature of the account so demands.
(b) Interest for full two months at least will be charged if the account is adjusted within a month.
3- When immoveable property is offered as security, the applicant should submit with application the title deeds of the
property and plans drawn to scale, showing complete boundries municipal khasra Nos., etc. etc.
4- In each case the expenses of enquiries as to the value, drawing up plan and examination of title deeds, inspection of Registrar's books or revenue papers etc. will be recovered from the applicant in lumpsum without any liability to account for it, whether the advance is sanctioned or not.
5- The repayment of the advance with post diem interest at the stipulated rate till actual payment of debit balance in Bank's office, whether lumpsum or in instalments, shall be made at the offices from which the advance is taken. In case of payment at other Branches or agencies of the Bank, the amount will be credited to the party's account on receipt of advice from the office at which the payment is made, after deducting commission.
6- In case of shares in any Joint-stock Company offered as security, the amount paid up on each share should be
stated.
7- (a) The bank has a right to adjust the whole or part of the amount due to the Bank from the deposits or other
funds to be paid to or at the disposal of the constituent from whatsoever account or source.

(b) The Bank's lien on all deposits, pledged or hypothecated goods, ornaments and Bank's mortgaged rights regarding immoveable property mortgaged with the Bank by a registered mortgage deed or by deposits of title deeds shall extend to any other sum from which the customer may be separately or jointly indebted or liable to the Bank at any of its offices.
8- All expenses incurred by the Bank in connection with any loan account, such as travelling expenses (according to
Bank rules), litigation expenses of any sort, inspection or enquiry expenses and may other out-of-pocket expenses
of any kind whatsoever shall be debited to the customer's loan account as amount advanced.
9- The Head Office of the Bank being at New Delhi, the said Bank will be at liberty to sue the borrower at New Delhi or
their office where the account is maintained or transferred by the Bank at my request or in its absolute discretion.
10- A relative PRONOTE/OR HUNDI shall be given to the bank for the amount of LOAN/CASH CREDIT OR
OVERDRAFT which shall determine (among other things) whether the interest rate shall be with monthly or
quarterly or 6 monthly rests.
11- The borrower shall have to pay interest ……………… over and above the Prime lending rate of advance, The
borrower shall be liable to pay interest at a higher rate as per market Bank rate of interest when the same is higher
than the stipulated rate of interest.
12- The security property given to the Bank to secure a loan will be insured at my/our cost during the continuance of
loan transaction and till its adjustment for the full value of security through the Bank to its satisfaction. All insurance
cost and other expenses connected with the insurance will be paid by the borrower or debited to his loan account
as amount advanced.
13- In case the applicant creates two or more mortgages in favour of the bank, the bank shall be at liberty to take action
at a time on any of mortgages, singly or on two or more of them together, without in any way impairing its rights in
respect of the mortgage or mortgages not proceeded against.
