Needed Water bill online pay receipt

I am not able to find out the option to print my water bill receipt which was paid earlier. I don't have any number/URN no. of the previously paid bills. As my current bill is an addition to my paid bill.

Water scarcity from Two years

My name is Mayur Gawade. For the last 2 years, I have lived in U / 602, Ritu World, Barrage Road, Badlapur West.
It took 2 years to become our society. But till now the builder has not installed individual society meters. As soon as the Society was formed, the problem of water started. When asked in MJP, it was found out that the pay builder has taken a bulk connection here. Even after repeatedly asking the builder, we were not told how many buildings these connections were made for. The builder built 3 phases in the complex above this connection. While he did the selection at just only 1 phase.

Complaint against MJP:
1. How did MJP give connection to new buildings without a sanction?
2. According to MJP, there should be one tab for every five flats, this should make 5-6 tabs in the water tank of our society (Ritu World U & V CHS - 30 flats). So why not? And who will monitor it?
3. How did MJP grant the builder (Phase-3) a new connection to the builder later?
४. The builder did not pay water bill approximately 35 lakhs bill of MJP also the cheques that were given were also bounced. So why has MJP not cut the water line of the complex yet?
5. As MJP has said in the given letter that our look out is only of the line up to the outside of the gate, the inside is from the builder. So whose responsibility is it to solve the water problem.
6. Both MJP and builder are merged.
