service center not available

Mahindra gusto 125cc, am facing a problem with starting issue
two-wheelers drop in 10 km, then start after 30 minutes, no one knows what is the problem, two-wheelers do not even start quickly, spare parts are not available, and there is no service centre. I do not understand who to tell about the problem, I am very sorry for taking about two-wheelers. I have never seen such a spoiler vehicle in my life. Why did Mahindra make such type of two-wheelers, and took the customer into trouble? Who was the engineer who made such a vehicle, it shows how many un-qualified engineers are there in Mahindra's company.

About my bike service

Hello,I have mahintra centuro bike and today 31/08/2020 I was on the way to my home in saket delhi. When I was near jor bagh metro station my bike was stopped working. And its not start again. I show to machenic and he said I'm unable to do start and it will repair in mahindra agency. Then I called to mahindra costumer care number they gives me service center number and I called them they said today is all service center off . Now my bike is near safdarjung hospital kindly Sa me how you will repair my bike and where.

After Service issue

My two wheeler Mahindra Flyte engine work done at Mallikarjuna motors in March-20 after running of 150KM vehicle is not starting and service centre person saying bring to Service centre which is at 20Km for away how can we take there, send person from service centre and clear the issue or take to the service centre

it is with great dissapointment that i am writing to you that after buying a mahindra gusto and completing a year i fail to find spare parts of the bike in the local market. My mahindra gusto's spark plug develeoped a snag and had to be replaced and searching for a mahindra spark plug has been a futile case. Every vendor at grant road and even the authorised service center has failed to provide me a genuine spark plug. Gusto owners have no choice left but to opt for bajaj pulsars spark plug as they are the most similiar and in this case the performance suffers and my vehicle lacks smooth acceleration and pickup. It has been a sheer dissapointment and lack of after sales service on your part. If the situation does not improves consumers might shift back to other vehicles

Worst service and worst scooter (Duro)

I have repaired it so many times, replaced it’s batt two times . Self start is also repaired 4 times but still same issue . It doesn’t start by self. Even kick takes 3-4 times to start .no service centres and no dealers. Why are you in the market if can’t provide good service to user.

Lack of service centers in Bangalore for Gusto

I live in North Bangalore and the service centers in this part have been closing down one after the other. I have to now travel 30 kms to the nearest service center which is a major concern for me. Why are the service centers closing down one after the other?? Why does Mahindra advertise these centers on their official website and mislead people like us?? Can I expect a service closer to KR Puram so that I can save my money and time.

Poor Colorado Quality Mahindra Duro

With 5.5 years, the colour of Mahindra Duro front shield, side covers is fading. The vehicle is kept in shade not even in sunlight. Not happy with quality of paint, material used.
Need response. Pls don't cheat customers with poor quality two wheeler products being sold in market

frequent problem faced in Rodeo scooty

Frequent problem faced in Rodeo scooty self start and kick start. Battery changed twice. even in new battery. scooty attended many times at service center. even it dont start with kick. parts are not available even in service center. now kick shaft got broken. and the same is not available in service center and no where. finally i have bought kick shaft online and got it replaced with service center person. again it broken. now neither kick is there at service center and neigher self is working even after replacing/repairing all things related to self. It is very frustrating. kindly make available the parts at service center.

About your two wheeler dealers side

Dear sir
Production for Mahindra is necessary but what about the delear side.Dont forget about Dewoos car.
Similarly you are moving on same track with two wheeler .You are not having faithful service station for example DP Motor in crompet Chennai.I am owing Rodeo of 2010 model purchased from belgavi Maharastra no.KA22ED 3045 but now I am facing problems and thinking why I have purchased made in India by indians
