From last 2 & 1/2 month still waiting for refund amount for my cancelled flight of Air India the amount is not credited what is the issue for MMT why it is taking long time to refund amount I book my flight from MMT not by Air India.

I have booked train tickets. First I have paid for the tickets but the transaction failed. So I tried again. The second transaction succeeded. But I didn't get refund of my first transaction. My first transaction succeeded after second transaction which is not refunded.

The flight is cancelled and till now refund is not credited... everytime I am booking tickets from here but in refunding matter you are making trouble..now it's going to be 20days still money is not credited in my account..what is the issue??you guys have any backend team or not???

My flight SG 3454 was cancelled by airline. Air line had processed the refund to MMT but there is no contact no. of MMT to convey my problem and not even responding to email. The worst experience of my life with MMT.

Hi i have changed my mobile registered along with email. I am not able to login my account through email since OTP is sending the old mobile number. Kindly do assist in this matter.

i had made an trip booking on 11-12-021. and after debiting my balance for the booking ID NR2200226760577627 the error keep showing that i have enetered bad credentials . that coaused several tymes, i had no choice other than clicking on the cancel button. and after that i reaceived a mail that my refund will credited to my accont with one two working day , i have waited more than three working days now , still my money isnt reached, and i have tried the toll free number cstomr services too , but non of that become helpful. please gave a me solution or call back from the head department . i am very much dissatisfied with ur services.

I had booked a flight from vizag to goa and due to technical fault on MakeMyTrips part was assigned the wrong flight. They had asked me to book the tickets again so as to initiate a complete refund which i did. But only recieved less than half the amount. Regarding to subject , I have some refund amount from your company, related to booking id NF78xxxxxx against which airline already confirmed me that they transferred to your account.

And also I have not canceled the flight but due to some error in your confusing system its showing canceled flight on app.

I booked ticket for Hyderabad to los angles - 2 way trip, in November 19, Journey from hyderabad to losangles was completed ,while journey from Los angles to Hyderabad, was not completed on March 31st due to lock down, later , we tried to contact your office, and due to no reply contacted emirates flight office, and journey was cancelled by them from time to time, but ultimately the journey could not be completed, Now my simple query is that can u arrange to shift from emirates , to other flight if it is coming from chicago(now) to hyderabad, or we have to wait for emirates flight to start, I tried to contact your customer care no one replied, tried to do chat with Myra, but my questiion is not available and there is message to contact agent, So my problem is not getting resolved, Hope some reply will come from your end -

My flight had been canceled but I never received any message or email regarding this, also trying to reach customer care from 2 days but noone is responding too. If I will reschedule my flight by paying more how can I trust that flight will not be canceled. The validity of PNR MDH8TK is also showing till 31 dec 2020 neither I have option to change my destination neither the travellers. The worst and worst service I found I will suggest people not to travel by this flight. If I have option to rate in negative I will be more than happy to give that

I booked a ticket with Make my Trip for Goa from Ranchi Via Hydrabad on !3th of April 2020 with booking id: *NF78128268554000*. The flight was rescheduled by the airlines and I received a message from Indigo Airlines that either I can book another ticket or cancel the ticket without any charges.
I cancelled the above booking directly from the Indigo airlines as the flight was rescheduled by the airlines. No cancellation Charges were deducted by the Airlines. The Indigo airlines have processed a refund of Rs. 13,218/-whereas Make my Trip booking site shows a refund of only Rs. 3,624/-.
Kindly rectify the same and process the correct refund as soon as possible.
Airlines refund copy after cancellation have been sent to your customer support office.
I have also attached a copy of your refund details for your reference in my mail.
After repeated calls and mails on 31st of May 2020 I received a call from customer care office that they have reviewed my query and regret for the same. They assured me of correct refund at the earliest.
I want my issue to be resolved with correct refund.

i made a booking for thailand with makemytrip by your makemytrip agent Pratima Agarwal from Kolkata office, unfortunately had to cancel because of Corona Virus issue which is globally affecting evryone. I had done the cancellation and i am really having a hard time getting my refund amount, i had been calling customer care spoke to Adil he promised that 15000 rupees will be refunded to your account with in 7-10 days though i had paid 46000 INR but nothing received yet. i tried contacting Pratima from whom i had made the bookings even she is not answering or replying, so i had mailed the customer care and B2B for the same with my booking id still no response. i am very disappointed with the service of makemytrip and their aftersales. it would be helpful if you can give me direct point of contact or email so i can get my money refunded.
