Poor Service and Unresolved Issue with Washing Machine Repair
Hi team,
I had raised a complaint because my washing machine was showing an E2 error. After 2 days, a technician (BASANT KUMAR) visited my place without any tools. He simply told me there was a cut wire, which he claimed to have fixed. He powered on the machine and asked me to pay six hundred INR. I argued with him, saying that the service charge should be Five hundred INR, and since no part was changed, I shouldn't have to pay the extra hundred INR. He told me that according to Marq policy, I had to pay extra for his time to fix the issue. I paid him six hundred INR, thinking it might be Marq company policy. He then left without properly testing the machine.
Immediately after he left, I ran a test on my machine and found that while the E2 issue was fixed, he had introduced a new issue: the water level sensor was not working, causing continuous water flow.
I called him immediately to report the issue, but he said he couldn't come back right away and would visit another day to fix it. The next day, I called again to ask for a tentative date for his visit. He told me it was not possible to give a date and that he would only fix the issue when he was in my area again.
I have some concerns and need answers from Marq:
1. Why was this kind of pathetic service provided by Marq?
2. Why are you employing technicians who do not carry any tools to diagnose the issue and do not properly fix the problem?
3. Why was I asked to pay an extra Hundred INR?
4. What is the solution you will provide for my machine issue?
5. How long do I have to wait for the technician to visit my place?

Cooling problem is there but no response from MarQ or Flipkart.
Technicians doesn't even have tools and done desi jugad.
I'm going to do FIR against MarQ and if required I'll go to court for case file.

call after 48 hours and if you have misbehaved then you need to fix it immediately. Bring a solution and we have also given the feedback and instructed anyone to take the brand company, no such company should be taken.

It is to inform you that I purchased an AC make Marq last year in April. My registered no. is xxcccc. For the last one one and half month the AC is not workings properly as firstly it was showing error F2, then I registered a complaint in this regard and the technician visit the site and opened the outdoor unit, checked the PCB and sensors but found that compressor gag was released out due to copper pipe trust of outdoor unit. They repaired the same and filled the gas and charged 3000 rs. Again after 7 days the problem again persist and showing error F6. I again registered complaint and visiting technician again open the PCB checked the connections of sensors and found that again copper pipe has brust and again they filled the gas and charged money including visit charges. After 10 days again the same problem arise and again complaint and again the same issue .pls not that this was third time. And after 5/6 days again problem arise but this time error code F5 and on complaint technician visit the site and said that there may be problem with compressor and they changed the new compresor which took around 15 days but even after changing the compressor the defect is not rectified. Again I called up the technician and they took the PCB with them and tried to repaired it but worsoned the condition of Outdoor unit causing non operational of AC. I had to bear the extreme hot weather this year just because of your worst AC upon I trusted. Pls forward this to the higher authorities to make the AC workable for long duration not just for one season. Tell me, how can you assured me not to go for other AC just throwing this one on the roadside

This is the pathetic brand with worst customer service. I swear I won't buy any more product from this brand and suggest everyone the same.
AC Installation
I have bought MarQ 1.5 ton AC On May 15. Installation from Jeeves came on 16th and installed. AC just worked for 1 day and later its not getting cooled. I raise a complaint to Flipkart and MarQ and they mentioned its in returnable time please instiate a return request. I have raise return request from FlipKart.. A technician from Jeeve's visited home and mentioned that it was wrong installation and complete gas was leaked and mentioned person who installed need to come and fix the installation problem.Two people are from Jeeve's only. Its pathetic service by Jeeve's and i dont have any option to contatc Jeeve's directly.
Flipkart customer service is horrible, i have to wait for 20 mins to get connected once we connected and explain the problem.. they will cut the phone in between and we dont have option to get to ame guy again.

Pathetic Marq A/c repair
I had complained to Marq about my Air conditioner two months back . It was not working properly. Jeeves team came to check the problem; and they said that compressor was damaged. They said they will request for spare part and it will come in 15 days time.
I registered complaint @27th August,2022.
Two months is getting over and still the issue is not solved. I have given my claim no. Below:

Your team said it will be repaired before 15th of October. No action yet. Very very pathetic service. I should have never trusted brand like MARQ.

I bought the 32" tv from marQ company before one month ago.now it is automatically not generate when I plug in.though I called a technician from jeeves.sanjit sadhukhan today visited at my house.he is good for nothing guy.he didnot know anything about the work.most of all he is very dirty and not presentable to anybody's house.please care about these matter.i hope ur company will solve the problem soon.and hope this dirty guy never send to my house.

I purchased a split AC, it just worked fine for one year. Now not cooling even at 17 degree temperature. No service center available in Gwalior, where to contact so that a technician can visit and check the problem. very pathetic working and services. In future will never purchase any product of this company as company forgets that after sales service are more important. They only ask for a copy of bill and then say that now it is not under warranty.
