Auto gear not working and no proper response

I purchased celerio zxi auto gear vehicle from true value Karimnagar on 30-07-2022 with 1 year or 15000Kms warranty. Meanwhile on 29/11/2022 my car has gear problem, immediately i approached the true value Karimnagar, they said we will check please send the car to us, i did same on the same day, week later they said it has auto transmission problem we will sort out as per our warranty. But till the problem not yet solved and my car also still with them, i called them many times but they are telling me several reasons for the delay, even I went to the true value Karimnagar again and again but every time they saying new stories to me. It's been 3 months my car was not yet repaired and no proper response to me.

Facing issue in the services of Maruti

Dear Sir/Mam,

Driver of my car tried to save the lady but he was unable to control the car and my car had an accident and thereafter my car was dumped with a dry tree and then driver reversed the car and the driver ran away with the car and the crowd surrounded him and the mob started pelting stones on the top of the car. The driver somehow escaped with his life from there.

I got all the above information from the police station and my driver after a few days.

I bailed out my car on Friday (25-June-2021) and I got my car out of the police station on Sunday (27-June-2021) and I called Maruti service center RKBK AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD (Basti, UP) to take the car from police station but they did not have any facility so I somehow took my car to service center but the service center did not take the claim of my car and did not take the car in my custody I took the car back to some side.

Service center people are saying that your claim will not be passed, so we cannot take your car inside.
I am facing this issue first time in the services of Maruti. My car number is UP16-BD-5521.

Request you, please do the needful for the same.

spare key not provided on purchase of swift car

My son purchased swift carunder true value from jamkash vehicle aids srinagar kashmir dealer but they did not provide him with second key or the metal tag.i contacted the previous owner who informed that he has handed over both keys to the dealer.please inform how can I get the second key for the car initially they told me they will get the spare key from company but after six months they informed that without metal tag it is not possible. the metal was not handed to us when we took the car from them. please intimate if you need any details of car which I can send to you regards ilham

purchased vehicle quality issue many repairs

Hi Team,
recently purchase Omini form true value it's around 2 months back at that time of purchase they are saying 6 months warranty, it got may problems within 2 months, the first service on words complaining about the clutch problem after service also problem not fixed it happens in Bangalore BHIMAL showroom.
now clutch got completely gone and science also broken in middle we approached both true value and BHIMAL showroom but Tvale saying BHIMAL will take care BHIMAL service center not tacking care saying they are not responsible TrueValue also not responding properly finally they gave me an option they will replace silencer with second-hand one will get it to form other vehicles now we got doubt on True value my vehicle also they might change before sailing to me, present repair cost happening around 30K. within 2 months, this much repair not acceptable earlier loft of trust in True Value now not able to belive they kind of situations.

Wrong commitment for buy back

Hi,

Last year in November 2018 I purchased WagonR 2008 model LXi variant 56000 km driven car from your Swarna true value showroom at a cost of 140,000/-. I was assured by your sales manager that after one year they will take the car at approx 100,000/-. And was confident that they will stick on their words, but when I approached them in Nov. 19 (exactly 1 year after) I was shocked to hear their offer of Rs. 65000/-. I was feeling cheated by your staff. Now I am searching for interested persons. Car is in good condition with brand new front tyres, valid insurance & pollution.

Trust, seeing this kind of assurances, I would look for another brands.

Purchase of Ecosports in Koyambedu Kapico True Value

Hi Team,
I approached Kapico - True value in Koyambedu to purchase used car.
on expectation that Maruti true value is very reputed and already own Maruti car (suzuki Swift)
I was suggested Ecosports by Manager Sakthi and worked out settlement price for exchange of my old swift car in balance in cash.
After delivery i gave the Car to Eureka Ford in saligramam for car checkup and got the verification report which clearly showed the car is has faulty turbo which is in very bad condition.
I am shock to see this report, i was expecting as confirmed by True value representatives that the car is in good condition.
But car is faulty turbo condition which was identified during Verification by Ford Service center.
I try to explain this to the Manager Mr.Sakthi but he is not ready to take any responsibility after sale of the car.
I bought the vehicle only based on True Value brand not on what representatives says.
I am most dissatisfied with True value sale service, hiding and selling repair cars to such worst customer satisfaction.
I am was proud customer of Maruti Suzuki but current issue has degraded reputation of Maruti Suzuki Brand value due such sales team.

I kindly request True Value (Maruti Suzuki ) management to help me out to sought out this problem and get this Car returned or Turbo replaced.

About documentation in handing over old vechile

I have exchanged my alto 800 in true value. I handed over all documents and vehicle keys and car to true value agent. I want to know what are the documents that I have to collect from them., As they have given only a faint carbon copy naming purchase agreement without any stamp on it. Please guide about the above case. In my view they should give delivery note at least.
