I just visit 25,26,27th September 2023. All 3 days any offer from app is not available at this Place. As well order taken person behavior is also very rude to me. Spicy souce is not available at the moment. I order more than 31 burger at same time.

Pls follow up and let me know. This issue is from last few years. But today i write about this. Why this kind of facility not available at only this place.

On 16 june 2022 i went to mcdownald located in MegaMall, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (India). And i ordered 2 fries, 2 cold coffee and a Coca-Cola. And the red display which shows the costumer what they ordered at the counter was not working. So i asked the employee 2 time what i ordered and they told me my bill is 648.98 rupees they repeated the same items which i ordered . But today when I got a message of digital bill. The bill shows i ordered more items( i never ordered mcsaver mcaloo tikki meal but they charged me 352 rupees for it ) then i actually did. and they charged me for the extra items. Please look into it they are adding items without asking the costumer and charging them extra. And they don't even gave the extra item what the added by themselves.

I recently tried ordering a BTS meal in Chennai, Kilpauk, and I was simply unable to order it for the past four weeks, the status was always kept as "Temporarily not accepting online orders" or "Store is temporarily closed", and recently when I did manage to order a normal set of burger and fries, the package was delivered in the BTS meal packaging. This also happened to my friend on the same day. Why is BTS meal packaging wrapper being used, but the BTS meal not being delivered?

I have placed an order and made a payment. But, the order is not completed and your website says its temporarily unavailable. There is no way to contact the customer service. Very bad service. Kindly let me know, how to get refund.

Recently McD has announced that in India their meat will be Halal certified. We object this... As Indias 80% population is non- islamic. Then why are we forced to eat Halal non veg?

I checked into Mac Donald's outlet at Lonavala, Maharashtra, today at about 3 pm today 06th November, 2019 with my family while enroute to Mumbai from our vacation at Lonavala. While standing at the counter after placing our order we were shocked at the sight of a rat running around between the chairs while the guests were seated having their meals. The staff was seen running behind the rat helplessly. We have visited Mac Donald outlets in India and several other countries and this was a one-off sight today. Outlet Incharge Ritesh came to our table and apologised saying this was the first time such a thing has occurred but that explanation did not help to reverse our impression nor dining experience at this Mac Donald's outlet in Lonavala

I had placed an order using MCD App on 01/12/2018 opting for BHIM App to pay cash.
My money got deducted and the order never got placed.
When i contacted the customer care about the same the representative told me that due to some issue she could see the money got cut but the order wasn't placed. So i placed the same order again opting for COD.
The representative also told me i will get my refund maximum in 8 days.
Now 16 days has passed and there is no complaint registered nor any actions taken.
The numerous calls made to customer care number just tell me to wait for few more days.

The franchise of yours at the following address is serving rotten vegetables. The lettuce leaves are rotten. Tissues and sauce sachets are provided only on demand. What is the quality monitoring team doing. Will fall sick consuming food at this Mc Donald

Sir I visited at your out late in Ahmedabad- Gujarat area Swastik char rasta their is no parking for the customers , I left my vehicle out side the building because security tell their is no parking for them and service staff of McDonald's tells after 7 o'clock evening we are getting parking , sir I can't understand in business their is no excuse for that otherwise customer have always think wrong interpretation and it's cause in your business, because customer always think safety about his vehicle. Kindly make some action.
