Complaint against bus conductor

I'm travelholic person. 12 Jan 2023 I was travelled from Chandigarh to Hoshiarpur. The bus staaf was unprofessional and mis behaved with me so, I don't like Mercedes Benz I prefer intercity buses bcz they are well maintained and trained. And give us satisfaction from their services.

This is Nitesh Reddy son of Babu Reddy, in whose name a booking was made for gls 400d black colour . The issue is that the sales manager Praveen in Sundram promised my dad that he would be delivering the car in 2 to 3 months, believing him we have booked the number plate in KA 05 rto in Bangalore paying the sum amount. Now when we contact Praveen he never picks the call, even after calling him almost 5 times. The main reason my family chose merc is that merc have a valuable goodwill but that has been destroyed now. Praveen says the car might take 4 to 5 months for the delivery, if that’s the case why did he promise he would deliver in 3 months, more so the number plate I booked will expire in 3 months of time from the time of booking the number. We have paid a huge amount for the fancy number which is valid only for 3 months, if I don’t get the car within 3 months I will loose my money and I will make sure to blame Mercedes and your franchise Sundram motors Bangalore and get remunerated on the same.
I’m writing this mail directly to Mercedes India hoping you guys will resolve my issue, if not resolved Im ready to go to the consumer court for further dealings. I’m attaching the booking slip we have made in my fathers name. Please take strict action on the same.

DFS FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS NOT AT ALL EFFICIENT . I HAD SWITCHED THE BANK IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2020 AND INFORMED MY DEALER AND DFS WITH MY NEW ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR EMI DEDUCTION EVERY MONTH. DUE TO LOCK DOWN THE PAPERS WERE NOT PROCESSED AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO DO NEFT EVERY MONTH FOR MERCEDES EMI. I WAS DOING THE SAME BUT STILL MY ECS WAS HITTING MY OLD BANK N I WAS GETTING CHARGED 300/- PLUS GST IN MY ACCOUNT. IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2020 I PAID MY INSTALMENT THROUGH NEFT and DFS ALSO TAKEN EMI THRU ECS FROM MY OLD BANK . IN THIS PREVAILING CIRCUMSTANCES OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC WHEN EVERYONE'S FINANCES & INCOME IS IMPACTED , HOW CAN DFS CHARGE ME TWICE IN THE SAME MONTH ? THIS IS REALLY VERY ANNOYING . I M CALLING ON DFS NOS. NOONE IS READY TO PICK MY CALL . I EVEN CALLED REPRESENTATIVES FROM DFS ON PRESONAL NOS. BUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE & NO CALLBACK..

PAPERS AGAIN SUBMITTED ON 6TH JULY 2020 AND TODAY ITS 3RD SEPTEMBER 2020 THE PROCESS IS STILL NOT COMPLETED .FINALLY, AFTER LOOSING MY PATIENCE & BEING RUDE TO FINANCE PEOPLE IN SILVER ARROWS I GOT A MAIL FROM DFS TODAY STATING IT WILL COMPLETE BY SEPTEMBER.

WHO & WHEN WILL MY EXTRA EMI WILL GET REIMBURSE ?
WHO WILL PAY MY CHEQUE RETURN CHARGES ?

I am using GLA 200 d style since 1.5 years. As My brother and other Family members are also using Mercedes-benz, we have that much faith and love towards Mercedes-benz.

My Car which I took from Rajasree motors, kochi, kerala on 2017 August was of 2015 model which I came to know by now only. We didn’t expect that to happen from Mercedes-benz. Show-room people had cheated me presenting with 2 year old vehicle.

Akshaya Motors incapability and looting

Want to share my experience with Akshay Motors service centre

My vehicle has run around 75k and the vehicle was in very good condition when I was leaving my vehicle scheduled service at Sundaram motors but this year service we left in Akshay motors and that was the biggest blunder I did. At the time of service we had told we hear some sound near lower arm for which they told airmatic suspension is gone and need to replace for which it was replaced and the vehicle was in service center for over 15 days and after the delivery I noticed the noise was still there for which they took it back (2nd time) and later Told me that connecting rods are gone again 3 days gone and vehicle came back and this time with new sounds from the steering which was not there before . so this time they sent there break down person to my residence and he test drove and said there is a issue and he spoke to the service centre and he told he will pick the vehicle and Again they took it back and kept the vehicle for 3 days (This is there 3rd time). For all this I had already burnt my pocket for 6 lakhs .Finally all was fine for 2 months and now again the vehicle showed some engine malfunction so sent for check up and after 3 days they found there was a leak near the engine so they fixed but still the vehicle din't have pickup and malfunction continued and vehicle was still there with them without complaint solved and today 6 th day they call back and say hose problem and again an estimation for 71 thousand to start and on further inspection if something is there they will update....

Mercedes Dealer Cheater Mahavir Motors Hyderabad

s very sad to say that you partner is cheater.
We have visited Mahavir Motors few times to finalize the deal for Mer GLE 250, and at last we have finalized the deal in exchange of our Audi A4 and paid an advance of 50 thousand as a token advance on 17th Oct 2018 and considering our Audi A4 Value of 18 lakhs.

We left our car with them as they said they will sell it on agreed amount and we can take the car GLE 250 on 26th Oct 2018.

But after leaving the car with them for more than 15 days they did not turn up after all my loan approvals and waiting for long time again i approached them for my car delivery they said they cant give 18 lakhs for my car i have to pay 2 lakhs extra.

Now after fallowing up with them till today they are nor returning our 50 thousand advance or coming up with solutions.

I came to know lot of such non seance act from them in market.

I feel Mercedes such a big company and Mahavir Motors presenting them in India (Hyderabad) should not do such mischief and Cheat people.

I kindly request you to see that they refund my money, so that i need not have to go for legal consultant.

I have gone through lot of agony and all my friends and family members are laughing at me i feel very bad for all this.

I will never ever buy a Mercedes and ask my friends and family member not to do so.
and will keep on sharing my experience with every one.

My New GLC is having engine isssues

I bought a new GLC 250 D from silver arrows Noida in May2017 with a registration number DL 1C CJ 3400 .
Just after 3 month of driving , I have been experiencing the problems with vehicle . It shows Low engine oil level . The car has gone to workshop multiple times , first they said some electrical fault and replaced a part . Just after 1 month the same problem started again . The car in in TNT Delhi workshop for last 10 days and they are unable to find the faiult . Some time the workshop says problem with Engine as it is showing low compression . I am totally fed up with the kind of response and kind of defect the new vehicle ( with in 3 months ) are occuring .
Do an organization like Mercedez take such issues seriously and help its customer or it has no customer support system ? I am really very disappointed as the experience till now has been very pathetic and I feel cheated.

Safety Issues with Braking.

Dear Sushant / Farhad,

End of November 2017, you have replaced the brake disks and the the brake pads. Couple of weeks ago below the Bandra flyover, at a low speed of 30 km, when I had to slam my brakes as the motor bike ahead stopped his bike suddenly at the signal just when it turned amber, I was forced to apply the brakes in emergency to try and avoid hitting the bike. The brakes made some sort of a noise but the vehicle did not come to a complete stop and it touched the bike. Mercifully, nothing untoward happed to the rider or his bike. Week before last in Pune, when I was returning to Mumbai from Hinjewadi, similar situation happened when a truck decided to cross the cross road at high speed without looking at my vehicle approaching at high speed (70- 80 KM). Once again, I was forced to slam my brakes in emergency. A similar noise came from the brakes, which I am not able to explain and with great difficulty and uncertainty, the car stopped a few feet before the truck crossed my car. If the car had not stopped, I would have ended up in a very serious accident. I fear for the safety of my family and myself in this vehicle. I would like it very much if Mercedes Benz - AutoHangar carries out a detailed and thorough examination on the vehicle and necessary corrective steps are taken to ensure that the brakes are fixed to ensure that the car will stop in case any emergency braking is needed in the future. I want to drive the vehicle with peace of mind and not with a doubt in my mind about the braking ability of Mercedes E350D.
Mercedes Benz brand has always stood for SAFETY. However, today I am not sure about how safe my vehicle is. Kindly let me know when you are in a position to examine the vehicle. AS IT IS MATTER OF SAFETY OF MY FAMILY AND MYSELF I HOPE MERCEDES BENZ & AUTO HANGAR UNDERSTAND THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND COME BACK TO ME WITH A QUICK ACTIONABLE PLAN.
While on the subject I would like to say that the last time you had fixed the noise when the steering was turned to extreme right / left by replacing some nut/bolt, the same noise is re-occurring. I would like you to look into the same issue once again to ensure that you address the issue on a more permanent basis.
