I purchased a mi tv from milan store hall bazar amritsar and he assured that the installation will be next morning . But after contacting again and again no one come for installing even after tje purchasing of two days. Very poor service after purchasing if i knew earlier I never purchase that product.

Since it's in warranty period, please do the needful.

I have purchased mi tv 4A 40 inch. After 2 months suddenly display has got so many lines followed by dark spot on bottom which was increasing with the time. I have raised complain, nobody has responding. After so many calls technician comes at my home and after checking that he says its physically damaged which is not comes under warranty. So they suggested me to change display worth of 14000. Instead of I have asked if its physically damaged, there are no single scratch or mark on screen. How they can say its phosical damage but its their monotonous to make fool customer and sell expensive display instead of TV is in warranty period. Why they are giving 1yrs warranty however its not worth. I will go to consumer court for my rights.

I feeling very sad after purchasing mi tv .. becoz tv is not working .. suddenly switch off. When I was open then saw the tv's picture not sown clear , then I complain , service center men sent a men who work in local machine in my area but that not in belong mi service .. boy told that the mi tv has panel prob and eassilly change the company .. but after some days dehradun service center men call me and told me your tv damaged by you I m socked wht he told .. I didn't understand .. .. then I call customer service center they told me that they would be sent service boy that see what s the problem in mi tv .. but no one in coming in my home .. I have so many complain registered regarding mi tv repair problem .. but I realized that they are best my time .. now I will go for consumer foram for my rights ..

As i have complained about tv repairing since 25th August 2019, couldn't get service,even didn't get any kind of estimate for repairs. Servicing person mr.dinesh is is very vierd regarding complaint solution. Very poor service & very bad after sales experience.

I have purchased MI TV 32" at Ahmadabad from local dealer shop located at shivranjani cross road Ahmadabad. On dated 19th September 2018 the shop person told me that company person will come in 24 hours for installation according to booked schedule online but nobody came for it. After i had called up many of times next day then arranged person for installation so person have came after 48 hours instead of 24 hours installation promise. When your person opened the box of TV then found led been cracked and told me that due to replace the product will take 1 week for it.

According to other brands and service i felt very poor service provider. If i have paid for that trust on your brand and suffering like that its very bad experience for me in future i never recomand to any one to buy your product.
