Sir mera inverter jm 1250 model h. Or mai 15 din pahle vi complain kar chuka tha or jiska complain no MJC8926857 he. Or engineer aaye or dekhe v the lekin sahi nhi kiye bole ki agle vijit me thik ho jayega. Mujhe bataya v gya ki iska kit change karna hoga or iska charge lagvag 1300 rupees hoga. Lekin avi tak koi massage nhi mila. Please sir bataiye kaise thik hoga

This is a complaint that i want to place on one of your microtek service stations,
Shristi Tech in INDIRA NAGAR-ADYAR, Chennai
No.50/7, 18th Cross Street, Indira Nagar-adyar, Chennai - 600020 ph: 99********
I contacted this place for a service of my microtek inverter, they sent an executive to check it and he responded saying he needs to take the inverter and battery to their service center to check it. I agreed and sent it along and no charges such as service charge or transport charge was disclosed to me. I waited for 3 days and then I called them myself asking about my inverter and they claimed that we had charged the battery as agreed and the motherboard of the inverter was gone. Then a lady calls me from this place and tells me that we have been charged transport charges and service whereby I wasn't disclosed any of this earlier. With no further arguments with her i agreed to pay and just get my product delivered back, Now they tell me that only if i make the payment i will get back the product and i will have to come pick it up by myself but the executive who came to pick it up told me that he will deliver it back to me once its ready.
I contacted the manager asking about why i wasn't informed and complained about the lady who spoke to me so rudely claiming that i should come pick it up if i want my inverter and batteries back. The manager srikumar spoke the same bullshit again. I really thought microtek was one of the best companies to get inverters and to have trust on customer quality and service. If i had known this was going to be the condition i would have bought an exide one. I bought a new inverter now but from exide because of the way I was treated at the service center and the worst quality of service I was provided with. If this is the condition this center works, I'm pretty sure microtek will lose a lot of good customers. 
This firm Shristi Tech in INDIRA NAGAR-ADYAR, Chennai  is nothing but a pure scam from quality customers of microtek.
