I have purchased a electric tiffin of milton made. But after using this item, i am unsatisfied because when i used this tiffin for heating the food. But i am very sorry to inform you that after switiching the tiffin with plug the food is not heated in one hour. So you are requested to please intervene and return my money I have paid for this tiffin or solve my problem. Milton is a reputed co. but i will not buy anything of milton made in future.

I would like to inform you that I have been concerned for the last 3-4 months due to my Milton mop malfunction, while my mop is still under warranty, I made a lot of calls to the Milton team for my problem but there was no response from them, kindly give the timeline that when we will receive the engineer visit.

Dear sir,

I purchased milton electron stainless steel tiffin box set 360ml/158 mm. Set of 4- orange coloured from Amazon (sold by Cloudtail India Private Limited) , ordered on December 23rd . Item was delivered on December 27th.

I started using it from 6th January. Today I.e 8th January, after lunch, I noticed the box got cracked from innerside (top to bottom). I tried to return it or replaced it through Amazon, but the return window got closed on 6th January.

In this case I would request you for replacement or repair of the same . I shall be thankful to you for the same.

I got my Milton Thermosteel Flip Lid Flask, 500 milliliters from Amazon on 4th-Oct-2019 which is under 1 year warranty period.
After using flask I found some defect in it like intolerable smell is coming to filled bisleri water after 2-3hrs only
liquid is not coming properly from the flip lid.

Can you please help me with this issue

No one is receiving the call , thay have kept landline reciever aside and toll free no on automatic disconnect mode. One response recieved from email requesting invoice but then intentionally not replying as they have to provide service or replacemnt. Milton loosing trust

i had purchased an spotzero elite mop from amazon but it i not working , i want to claim my warranty , i had purchased it on 12th April 2018 i also see that amazon is giving 1 year Manufacturer Warranty for this , i have received email saying that the defected spin-bucket will be replaced within 15 days. still its not done. I had bought 500ml. capacity MILTON thermosteel flask arround 8 months ago from MK retail Kundanhalli Bangalore.
Since I paid amount (Rs. 610/-) I am not at all satisfied with its performance.
The same was not yet used but now when I tried to put hot water , the flask becomes very hot from outside , just like normal steel utensils.

I bought Milton thermsteeler 10 water jug cold and hot dated on 22 June, 2018 at 1450Rs from Jolly supplier, yamuna nagar-135001. It is continuous leaking from bottom.

When we tried to return or replacement, supplier has refused to return the amount. What I will do it with this leaking jug?
