Worst experience

Raised one complaint regarding return on 1st of November
No resolution from their side its been almost 25 days still it’s not being communicated properly
They’ll always say wait for 48 to 72 hours every single time, this was my worst experience with them, I highly suggest people to refrain buying from mochi, because their customer service is terrible

Shoes not delivered

Ordered shoes on Aug 13, 2022, online. Order has not yet been dispatched. Called atleast 4 times. Keep on getting assurances that issue will be resolved. Complaint number 2613085. Useless customer service function and pathetic experience.

Did not receive order inspite of 25 days and full payment done.

I have ordered mochi pink casual slip ons on Oct 12,2021 online and made full payment via Gpay and my order number is #Mo202141740.
Its been 25 days and I still did not receive it. I tried calling customer care numbers.But all the numbers are switched off.No one is responding to my mails Could you please update my order status ?

Latest update : it is showing as returnedin track status and it is without my approval.I did not place any return request.
Can you please let us know why it is returned ? What about my refund now ? When will I receive the money

Shoes sole crack

I have purchased shoes from Rajarampuri Kolhapur outlet last year. I started using last week but in one day sole is crack. Shopkeeper is not ready to replace. I am very much disappointed with mochi shoes and service. Won't recommend this brand if quality and service is poor.

Damaged mochi footwear

Hi team,

I had recently bought mochi footwear thru Amazon, after few use bar came out in one of the pair and other one is about to come out. I have emailed multiple times but no response. Poor service from mochi. The price they charge for the product is way too high but when coming to the service not worth it. I would say not to waste money on mochi footwear.

Very bad bruises and cuts due to new shoes

I bought shoes from Mochi, Korum Mall, Thane on 1st September. I wore them yesterday for the first time and in just sometime I had very bad bruises and cuts on my skin. I had bought the shoes from fresh stock for 1990rs. and never thought it would be of so bad quality. This is my first experience with Mochi and would never recommend it to anyone. Also I want a refund on this low quality product. Please provide a solution for this.

I m a customer of your brand mochi from last many years and i am very much satisfied with your brand Mochi but few days before when i was visit agra and there is small Shoe factory which is situated in dholpur house Agra is copying your brand Mochi as it is as yours . So i request you please follow up and take a strong action againt them.
