It's been 1 year have completed after registering complaint regarding my microwave oven issue. But I did not get any proper acknowledgement or response from your side.I tried and raised the some issue and registered complaint using online mode and customer care help line more than 10 - 12 time but still not proper solution and response provided to me.

So now I am again emailing this to bring in to your notice that my issue is still not fixed. And now I am expecting some reponse and proper resolution from your side ASAP. Considering all above fact if still I did not get any resolutions on my issue

i Purchased 021298S oven toaster grilled 28 R on 11th March this year. After a week it stopped working. Due to lockdown unable to lodge a complaint. Willl appreciate if my problem may be attended to at the earliest.my
product is under warranty and we are facing lot of difficulty.

I bought a OTG of Murphy from Vijay Sales on 29th Dec. 2019 and installed it on 30th Dec. 2019. It worked for just 5 minutes and than stopped.
It is very poor quality of products.

NOw they say it will take 3-4 days for the service Engn. to come. I bought new product to welcome New Year and now it is not working what is the use of it after new year celebrations are over in my house.

Please get it repaired urgently or replace it today.

I have purchased one 25 litre Lavo EM 25 model Geyser through online from Amazon. The seller is one M/s Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd. The sl no of the product is WB01111805692. The geyser has been fixed on the wall by myself and working very fine.

Since the purchase has been made online , there is no dealer's stamp on the warranty card. You are requested to let me know how can I get the warranty benefits in case of any defect/breakdown taking place. I tried to do the registration online but failed as the particular model is not listed in the relevant box and there is no way that I can insert anything myself.

You are requested to look into the matter and let me know about the same for me to take any action in this regard.
