And tha canceled ....but tha debited amount from my bank account from few months ...why or u debited from bank account for what reason ....why ur not deactivate my account and what reason ..? I submit my swipe machine last year back ur cut my balance from my bank account ....u shameless people .. irresponsible people false company ..I'm contacting but phone or not working

You guy's told it's rental free but you are charging if we complaint also no proper response so it's last warning or I would rise a complaint in consumer court.

If we are not using the machine then you are giving a call for customers why you are not using the machine what is the reason and know we are doing transactions with MSwipemachine? without any information you are detecting the amount from total amount customer care number is not working and WhatsApp is also not working then how we can reach you bloody idiot

I have asked them to deactivate my service and surrendered the device in 2017. They still charged me Rs. 2000 as an Annual Charges in 2018 August.I have struggled a lot with their Customer care and got the money back after so many months and calls. Now in 2019 August, again they have taken Rs. 619 fro my account as the Annual Charges again.

I'm really frustrated to see this happening again and again even after I asked them to deactivate 2 years back.

Submitted the KYC 1 mnth ago, the person who took documents said he'll login n do the procedure on nxt. He said he'll deliver me the swipe machine within a week... More than a month hav passed.!!! No reponse.. Nor does he picks up the call!!!
If this kind of irresponsible servicel u'll r providing at first impression!!! What can I expect, once if I purchase ur product n face any problem in future... ???

This is Rahul SAIN from indirapuram ghaziabad I have booked m swipe machine past 10 days before n i had paid 1975 rs. Online but till now no body come to install the machine not deliver till now even your sr. Sales officer Mukesh Kumar sharma not picking the Phon, I called him today but hsmis behaviour is very rough , he is nonsense please deliver my machine today.

I had used their service last year for 3 months and then requested for surrender . Service executive collected the machine from my office but i forgot to collect acknowledgment receipt. After 5-6 months there was a debit of amount 3363 from my account since mandate was activated with my bank account. I reported the iasue with customer care but after repeated follow ups my refund was not processed .every time i was given assurance but nothing happened and i was told that machine has not been deposited by . I could not justify since i did not had any receipt . So thats the catch, never forget to take receipt else they will cheat with your hard earned money since they have access to mandate issued by bank at the time of issuance of terminal machine. Their executive mr Vishal Varma was shameless to give false assurance everytime i called for refund but he never had the guts to say no. I would never recommend to use their services as this is a cheat company, better stick to private/nationalised banks even though they are lil expensive.

worst service and response from Vijayawada mswipe branch. It's been two months applied for pos machine and amount has been paid. Till now there is no response........... Super service
