  • Write "SCR 16-digit-PIN" in a write message box and send it to 444.

Data recharge

I have paid Rs. 1498/- online for Prepaid data recharge of STV. It is not yet activated. Also paid Rs. 1999/- on 24.9.2022 online for Data recharge. No response from MTNL and no network.

No network - total black out.

Since 22/7/2022, MTNL network is totally down in Ghatkopar West Rifle Range area pincode 400086. Till now, it is total black out. Even near MTNL office of Ghatkopar East, network was very feeble today. Not able to receive any SMS like OTP nor banking transaction alerts. Very pathetic situation. Regretting having bought MTNL SIM.

Renewal of International Roaming

Dear sir/madam,
I have requested on 31/03/2022 to renew International Roaming facility on my mobile number 98692xxx77.
However, I have not received any confirmation on my e-mail. I have not received any mail for making payment also.
Kindly help me in this matter and start the roaming facility immediately.

No incoming calls and sms

This time I m in roaming area I m not getting incoming calls and not even sms
Pls resolve my problem becouse I m unable to get my OTP
Very poor service by MTNL costomer care I m unable to reach them. Evry time they disconnected.

Bal of 110 charged for 1 day as data usage

I am shocked at poor service of dolphin . I was informed through call center that your data usage for 1day is 110. Even airtel Jio Vodafone will not charge 100 for 1 day and are sending messages to recharge. I think it is better to throw sim in dust bin rather than charging and getting fooled.

Call is not going and net is not working

I hve done recharge of ₹400 for 3 month unlimited call & net pack.after recharge when I make call this kind of msg show on screen like " not registered on network" .and my call is end.internet service also not work .I try to complaint in customer care from last 5 days and today also they give only this reply "ad per govt guidelines we were working and our work hours is morning 8 am to 6 pm in evening but no one reply to call.call disconnect.i want helpline no if any .

Network is total blank

My residence in sakinaka,Andheri East,Mumbai. Your dolphin network is not working since last one week.My out going and incoming calls are stopped. Internet is not working.

My wifi and landline are not working

money deducted....no recharge

I tried to recharge for a senior citizen. Tried topping up Rs.500 twice. Kept buffering so cancelled and tried again. Again the same thing. After half an hour got message from bank that Rs.500 was deducted twice. Recharge 0. It has been 5 days... amount not credited.

I had done recharge of Rs 197 on 20-05-20...I stay in Virar and this number is Dolphin number of Mumbai..The recharge was for unlimited calls for local & STD but now whenever I make any call money is deducted... please look into this matter..

Call dropped & incoming stoped

My no is & my incoming call & sms is stopped
My call droed between 1to 3 min.
Am calling on 1503 mor than 12 to 13 time.
But every time my call is dropped & my conversation is not completed

Am very Iratating on ur this services.
Your Telecom service is very very poor and cheapest.
Your service is below 3rd grated.
