  • For return and replacments you can contact at 022-48913663 or you can email at hello [at] myglamm [dot] com within 7 days after the product is delivered to you.
  • Refund or Replacement process will only initiate if the products are received in original packaging with their seals.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached "Processing" status, after the cancellation refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the return request is accepted.

I had received a damaged product and I was assured I will receive a replacement.. But that didn't confirm. The team doesn't take any responsibility with regards to replacement. Bullshit communication. No calls can be made. No help received. The chat response is usually very slow. They waste time so that they don't have to make any replacement.
