Step 1:
- If you have any product related query complaint you can register your query by either by sending Whatsapp/Call on 0120-6787437 or send email on support [at] naaptol [dot] com .
- You have to register complaint within 24 hours of receiving your order .
Step 2:
- After this you have to generate pickup request through the same mode of communication given above. Pickup will be done after 4 to 5 days of request.
- Pack the product with the original invoice/bill request and you fill Return Form & put it in the same order return box.
- If reverse pickup not available, send the product through courier or post in the same address written in the front page of your order.

I had order for slim belt and I was told that this free size but when I received the product it was too small and I lodged complaint very next day and I was told that I will be issued refund voucher. After 4/5 days no action was taken and when I called today I.e 26/03/2023 the staff refused to entertain and misbehaved with me and disconnected my call . I called again and again but same misbehaviour and nothing happened.
I wish to inform you that this is cheating but nothing. It is batter of Rs500 but that’s immaterial but you have lost the customer for ever and I will inform this on all the promotional platforms.
