We are extremely disappointed with Netflix for the way they have handled an issue of duplicate account. A duplicate account with an email id unknown to us(my husband & me only users of Netflix) was generated and we were being billed twice since August 2019 till June 2020. Having realized this, I rang up the helpline. They were extremely helpful but could only refund the amount for 6 months. I requested Netflix to at least transfer the 5 months money to my currently running account which was also turned down. I further wanted to speak to the higher ups who could resolve this issue, but was of no avail.I lost an amount of Rs 3245/- for an account fraudulently generated and got no help whatsoever from Netflix.
I want my money back 650rs Yesterday my Netflix plan aromatically Renew and I don't want to continue my plan and don't want to continue Netflix my plan was automatically renewed yesterday without my permission so i want my money back and cancel my yesterday plan which was aromatically activate **
