लगभग छह महीने पहले, हम एकत्र होकर जेईई विभाग के पास गए थे और समस्या की गंभीरता को हाइलाइट किया। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, कुछ उपायों को अपनाया गया, जिसमें कुछ विद्युत खम्भे और कवर वायर्स की स्थापना शामिल थी। हालांकि, प्रगति एक अचानक रुक गई, और इंजीनियर द्वारा आगामी सप्ताह में होने वाले प्रलंबित कार्य का आश्वासन दिया गया। दुख की बात है कि अब तक छह महीने हो गए हैं, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है, जिसके कारण हम एक अपरिहार्य और खतरनाक स्थिति में हैं।

हमारे समाज के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में, वायर्स खतरनाक रूप से 6-7 फीट की नीचे लटक रहे हैं। यह जोखिमपूर्ण स्थिति किसी भी व्यक्ति को आसानी से इन अविधगामी वायर्स से संपर्क में आने की अनुमति देती है, जो उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए गंभीर खतरा पैदा करती है। आवासीयों की सुरक्षा, विशेषकर बच्चों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए 3-4 अति आवश्यक विद्युत खम्भे तत्परता से स्थापित किए जाने चाहिए।

इसके अलावा, हमने देखा है कि हमारे समाज के कई लोग मुख्य विद्युत रोड से जुड़कर अवैध जोड़ियों का उपयोग करके अनधिकृत जुड़ाव का उपयोग करते हैं। यह अनधिकृत अभ्यास न केवल सुरक्षा को प्रशंसा देता है, बल्कि कंपनी के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण आर्थिक हानि देता है। इसके कारण, विवादों और विवादों के साथ-साथ पुलिस संलग्न होने के मामले भी हुए हैं। हालांकि, हमने SDO सर से मदद मांगी थी, जिन्होंने हमें समाधान का आश्वासन दिया था, लेकिन हमें अब तक कोई प्रतिक्रिया या कार्रवाई नहीं मिली है।

This is Umesh Prasad Singh

I have applied for New connection two weeks ago , but unfortunately i don't see any progress since couple of days and it is stuck at second level, i am tried to reach "Marken Feeder, Muzaffarpur for the JEE but we are not received any response from them.

When i checked Status of Connection it shows it is present at IT manager/Assistant Manager At Bariyarpur. Because of this my work has stopped since so many days.

Can you please let me know why this process is not getting approved ?
What is the problem ?
Please take this as much as possible serious, else I have to go for higher level.
Because JEE is asking for bribe which is illegal to make connection , my all documents are ready

Elctrical power theft is very offen in dandan market, main road wazirganj. Dandan mistry mostly bypassing his elctric meter and using full night electricity and even use electricity for heavy duty machinery of his shop, and in day time he is using generator to show , he is white.
Due to heavy load in night , society voltage fluctuations is too much , please do some strict action because this practice is going since a long time. He even pribe locals staff for not being caught.

From last 15dayz there is the shortage of electricity in our area. And there is so many up-down of electricity that several electrical appliances get damaged. And these nbpdl customer care didn't pick the call. Please do something regarding this. We pay our electricity bill regularly.
