Hi my name is SANDEEP, i am from KARNATAKA ( CHITRADURGA, dis ) i have 2 Okinawa scooty. One i took 2 and half years back and another is new around March of this year. When ever I go to your showroom always they will be having some problems only with every one. i am really very sorry for informing you but I don't have any other way, your Okinawa dealer hear in Chitradurga is very bed in service i am already tired fo his behavior. He is taking 3 months to do one small service. Always he is telling STORIES and he always tells LIE, he doesn't have any skilled labours for service only. सर मैंने 30 जनवरी 2019 को okinawa Praise 2019 scooter Nitya Auto Mobile Nemawar Distt. Dewas M. p. से खरीदी थी जिसका R C No. MP05 MV 6453 है। जिसकी बैटरी dec 2019 से खराब हो गई है। मेरे द्वारा शो रूम संचालक को बताया गया की मेरी गाड़ी की बैटरी खराब हो गई है। कृपया आप इन्हे बदलकर नई बैटरी दे। शो रूम संचालक ने कहा 2,4 दिन me बैटरी आ जायेगी। मेरे द्वारा शो रूम संचालक को कई बार कहा गया पर हर बार 2 से 4 दिन मे आ रही है ऐसा कहा जाता रहा। पर आज तक बैटरी नही आई। और शो रूम बंद हो गया है।

I was purchased Okinawa praise pro in Bhubaneswar on date 4th October 2019. within one month I found shock absorber defect but they rectified . Again I found same problem after 15 days but they demanded money for service. Force me to give money. But your company give us one years warranty for whole bike and three years for battery & motor etc. These small things can affect your reputation & business.
