Linear will be only one months completed

Noise problems don't solved.
Service don't done. When service station gone than said don't service.

My refund not received

When I refund my registration charges, then
Showing wrong mail id and phone number

Got my Ola electric used it for 2 weeks and it had a 30-40 km charge my father took it out and it just stopped in the middle of a road and showed 0 battery, called the emergency no and those guys told me to leave the scooter there this happened around 2 pm and the towing car came by 4 called my father we r taking it to the service centre in Kalina after that, a call came by 7 in that call the person mentioned try hard rest it by pressing power and reverse button, my father replied if u had mentioned this I would have tried it before it got towed to the service centre after that call no update on the scooter, I Tried calling the customer car no but for more than 1hr on hold ( not in a single call I disconnected the call after 15-20 min got frustrated and bored of waiting and tried again and again. But I dint get anyone to pick up my call, after that I tried another service and had a chat with a guy and told him my problem and he promised to transfer my call to the service section but it was disconnected before I can talk to anyone, after that all options had staple msg all agent are busy please hold they will join you asap. I am truly disappointed in Ola even before this incessant as in hyper mode the bike was losing power. Easily the worst mistake we made was to buy the bike due to hype and no real feature which was promised got delivered in the bike. Very disappointed

Iam cheated by this company.
After complete scooter payment for S1, they asked additional 31500 for NOC, again 27500 for insurance and transport.
They have not revealed this before booking, they asked after completion of full payment for scooter only.
There can not be such process with any company for which the NOC and transportation cost will be taken from customer.
This is intentional cheating only. There is no ethics with Ola and it is understood that the founder of this vehicle company is a big fraud.
Now for cancellation and refund also, they are asking 15% deduction.
I have to fight as per law and try to get full refund. Till that my paid money is also parked with them.
Hope if anybody try to purchase this vehicle, they can have similar experience.
I suggest everybody should read my comment and do not purchase any product from Ola forever.
Such a worst cultured company should never be allowed to grow, we have to smash it.
