Refund
I am writing this review with extreme frustration with such bad customer service from your airline. I booked a flight 2 months ago and cancelled it. I was supposed to get a refund but your India customer service team is not processing my refund since 2 months now hence why now I have to contact you for my problem.
They don't respond to calls or emails sent to websalesrefund@omanair.com and res.del@omanair.com. When I send them 10 emails with frustration, they reply with send a mail to 'x' id or send a screenshot of 'x' repeatedly same thing and no other response. The admin and accounts team don't answer my call. Today I called the sales department regarding the issue and told them. As soon as they heard my complaint they cut the call and stopped answering my calls. What kind of service is this? Atleast respond to the customer. This was not expected from Oman Air.
I will write reviews on the website regarding this trash service and go to consumer complaint court with my issue. I have attached screenshots of my N number of calls and emails done to your team but no response at all. Never book from them!!
Enquiry about a flight from Kochi to Toronto
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a flight from Kochi (COK) to Toronto (YYZ), scheduled to depart on April 27, 2020. My Confirmation Number is SPYCBO. I understand that due to Covid 19 outbreak, changes might have been made to the past timetable, and I am sending this mail to ask about the same. No one is answering my call at your office in Cochin International Airport, and this is making me send this mail.
Will the flight be cancelled by you? If yes, would you arrange an alternate flight or provide full refund, because that is what all the airline companies do at this situation?
Moreover, when I booked my flight ticket, the total time of travel was shown as around 30 hours, with 8 hour layover at Muscat and 2 hour layover at London. But now, when I checked 'Manage Booking' section of Oman Air website, the schedule is found to be entirely disturbed, with 20.75 hour layover at Muscat, which would make me miss the flight from London to Toronto. This is not at all acceptable.
It is obvious that the world is going through a difficult time, but I request you to provide correct information to your customers.

Request but the Oman air didn't accept
I booked a 4 tickets online of Oman air with the www.goibibo.com I made a mistake in passengers name first name and last name I have to travel after 11 days I call customer care number I told them to check my passport number date of birth passport expiry country all are correct but the first name and last name I have done mistake
I request to change them but no they are not doing that and says me you can't travel
Required Oman Air ahmedabad office details
Please provide me with oman airways office detaila for ahmedabad since i have 3 return tickets of my family and from mumbai to kuwait via muscat. And due to medical reason my son cannot travel with them until further notice.from doctor so we need to make his ticket open and other two person my wife and daughter has to travel. Plz advise the procedure.

very poor customer service
I have booke a flight through Oman air flying form london to hyd i was not sure about my baggage information i tried calling Oman Customer Service more then 10 time as soon as the call conect the call is diconected from the customer service end. this is very pathetic sevice from Oman Air when a person books a ticket and have a doubt to ask about baggage or any inromation these people do not provide required service today i called oman customer service at xxx04023410800 to inquire about baggage information, but to my suprise the customer service disconected my call more then 5 times when call is connected after waiting a long time.
Very Very Bad customer service i will not book Oman Ticket in future ........
