Purchased my oven 7 years back not much used.now power is coming but not heating.

My microwave is not working for the last one month. Purchased from Nikshan electronics Kannur , Kerala. not under warranty period. I called 5 times to Nikshan Elc, Every time they will say technician would come. but no one turned up saying they coudint reach me. I got two call from Micromax - call center enquiringly the status of the service When no one has turned fro service. finally one tech came .. On inspection he told capacitor has tom be changed - Another day he turned with the spare capacitor and replaced the same. TO OUR SUPRISE SOMETHING BUST FROM INSIDE THE OVEN. THE ON ENQUIRY SAID TRANSFORMER HAS TO BE CHANGED. BUT I DOUBT THAT IT IS SOME FAULT FROM HIS SIDE LEAD TO FURTHER DAMAGE. WE GAVE HIM PERMISSION TO REPLACE THE TRANSFORMER AND THE TECH LEFT. BUT TILL TODAY AFTER 5 DAYS NO ONE HAS TURNED UP OR CALLED US .

KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER

I had purchased onida oven 5 years ago now it is not working and hence Ihad put it authorised service centre kollam on7/4/2018.After srviceing they have charge Rs 1200/- they have oly replaced diode & a capacitor since this charge is too high. This may lead negative impact to the loss of faith in customer, hence I request you to give sutable direction to minimise the service c harge Please do needful. thanking you
