Onida TV service

Such a horrible customer service. Please do not pay any service charge to the service center guys if they are not able to fix your issue in the first visit. I have been cheated by Onida service center where they charged the fee but have not fixed my issue. They promised to get the parts and fix the issue but now they are not picking my calls. It's been 3 months now and my issue is not resolved. Onida as a brand is losing its fame due to such fraudulent service center.

Pathetic customer relation

I had send my ac for compresor replacement under waranty on april 26 th with model number SA123TRP call registered number 2104E146380190.Till now you peoples could not provided the compressor to the local onida technichian.I tried contacting your customer service since last 2 month pathetic response and your call center executive has been horible, arrogant and sound like goons...

Why you people offering such a pathetic service.me or my friends or family will never ever purchase any onida product from here onwards..Provide me a feed back regarding when will i get my repaired ac back.My two ac were not working one was samsung i got it repaired in 2 week time you peopel not even giving reply in last 2 month.i really regret now tonpurchase onida product will never do it again

29 inch led backlight problem

Sir,
I hv 29 inch led onida backlight problem but self check and found inverter board giving 168 volt and check backlight from another led tester volt is 148 and backlight led is glow properly but through by led supply is not glowing.
Pls help me what to do pls

It's not been even more one n half year but the led 32 HF MODEL has got repaired.I have made complaint for the service for more than 10 times ...till now no technician has arrived ...such an irresponsible customer care....and the product is not even worth for such money which is not even capable for functioning more than 1 year. You can better close your company rather than cheating consumers with the brand name alone ...

WORST SERVICE OF ONIDA TV

I had bought Onida 40" Smart LED TV from Vijaysales-manjalpur, vadodara on 13/11/2018.
My TV had a problem on 27/10/2019 with its Main board and it stopped working within 11 months of purchase. So i called up the customer care for the repairs at ONIDA Service Centre on 29/10/2019 after which the person from that service centre came to my home and checked the TV and said that you guys will replace the main board in the TV and get it fixed in warranty. It has been 21 days since i had placed the complaint, still yet I have not got any solution for my TV and it still remains unrepaired. The technician had come to my house 1 times with main board and told me it’s wrong part came from the company , my TV still remains the same - non working condition.So now this problem being not solved.
I request ONIDA to please replace the full TV set against the non-working one as soon as possible and solve my problem.

I have complained about my led t.v which is under guarantee period and it has been more than 2 months nobody have repaired my t.v. After compaining several times nobody gave a satisfactory answer.

Service Center Complaint Replace the full LED TV

Hi,

I had bought Onida 43" Smart LED TV from Flipkart on 08/03/2018.

My TV had a problem with its Main board and it stopped working within 8 months of purchase.So i called up the customer care for the repairs at ONIDA Vasai Service Centre on 13/11/2018 after which the person from that service centre came to my home and checked the TV and said that you guys will replace the main board in the TV and get it fixed in warranty. It has been 30 days since i had placed the complaint, still yet I have not got any solution for my TV and it still remains unrepaired. The technician had come to my house two times and tried replacing the main board 2 times but my TV still remains the same - non working condition.So now this problem being not solved.

I request ONIDA to please replace the full TV set against the non-working one as soon as possible and solve my problem.

Dear Sir,

This in reference to complain number of for Comp. 1809h516380220 dated 29th Sep2018 for software problem with my Onida 43FIE 42inch full hd smart led tv; for which technical executive Name “Irphan (Exactly don’t know)” visited my house and took my LED with assurance to repair within week time with approx charges of Rs. 2500.00 - Rs. 6000.00 without any receipt copy.

But after two week of continues follow; I have been informed by executive that TV is in dead condition and unable to repair and Onida decided to return back.

This was completely shocking for me. Such revert from company like ONIDA we never can expect. It’s directly heated me over brand loyalty of Onida. How come my LED can be dead after giving in hand of company Executives when there was only problem of software..

I re- approached customer care and informed for same, they ensured me to come up with proper and appropriate solution and next day I got call from Mr. Nazim who claimed to have proprietor for authorised service agency of ONida and handling said case and he informed that executive is no more with us (20 days back) and took LED to some other local vendor for repairing and during his inspection he damaged its part and LED got dead.

Point to be noted:

· How ONIDA can higher such irresponsible authorised vendors who doen’t have system for proper tracking and do such kind of bluffing with their customer.

· If any of the employees is on notice period or left the company how, crucial information is going to pass on with them.

· What about ONIDA policy towards BRAND Loyalty and customer retention ship program.

· If Indian company response is like above then better to go Non Indian company by complaining and notifying it to ministry of commerce and Trade and PMO office as well.

Request :

1. Timely action should be taken from ONIDA in this matter so that customer like me who are having trust over you brand can be sustained

2. My LED should be return in working condition.

3. Detail of authorised vendor and said executive to be provide for proper legal action.

Kindly look into this, looking forward to have your positive revert or else I am bound to knock further consumer court. .

Onida is worst tv & company i hav ever seen.. within 8 months my tv panel damage & now to repair it they hav taken 1 month still not yet repaired.. they r not having sufficiant parts with them.. their executives not even bothered abt ur complaints.. no follow ups.. i m fed up of this onida service again & again i hav to call & remind them.. guys dont buy onida products.. its worst company..

Display problem

I brought Onida smart TV 18 months back & now the pictures are not appearing on tv only sound works.
I called on all Onida customer care contact numbers but not got any response.
Also 12 months back the smart remote control for same tv were not working. Technician came just saw remote and went till now i did not got any response from Onida.

Hello Onida,
We have onida 32 inch LED and we already loss 5200 for first time change of flash light as per your serviceman and now within one month there is again problem of flash light .
I have to say this your company problem as well as your survive is to much late and ur serviceman is too lazy.

Onida 43" LED tv model number LEO43UIB in the month of May 2018 from Vijay sales Vasai West. As per this model, it should have support 4k resolution video 3840 X 2160 but actual it not support. Even this model not supported 2k resolution video 2048×1080. Some HD resolution (1,280x720) video supported but Audio not support.

I Have complaint against this matter you sent one person but he could not able sovle this issue he given one mobile number for solving this issue (Mob no. 9833503XXX, Mr. Ganesh). I called him many time but he did not given me any reply.

Therefor again I have made complaint against this matter (complaint number is 1806I076380498) during this complaint your person told me your previous person already solved this issue but actual he didn’t solve . He provide you wrong report in this matter.

I got one error like unfortunately, com.mstar.tv.servise has been stopped.

For your kind information I have attached that error.

I hope you will solve this issue before I’m taking legal action against you.

I have purchased a TV Oct 2016 with Extended 2 years warranty. Since then my TV get out of order for 2 times and now 2nd time when I bring it to the service center then he told me that he will charge 3000 rs to get it repaired.
