Regarding installation
Onida sucks.
I got a washing machine from Flipkart 2 weeks back and none of the technicians came to install the washing machine . I got a washing machine to wash cloths not as a show case. When I got the the product I waited a week for the technician to come none of them
Turned up and I called up Flipkart and asked the update they mentioned that I have spoke to the technician and I mentioned to cancel the installation . I never got a call or a text from you technicians ! Onida liars !!! Again I raised the complaint and a guy called me in the morning saying that he will be coming I asked him to come before 1 pm since I had office he agreed for that. And at 12 pm he ringed me abs and told I will come only at 2 pm or else you cancel the installation !!! I was so happy the customer service which you providing !! So rude so much attitude !! No one turned up and again I registered the complaint to Flipkart then a guy called me and told that his technician will be coming at 3 pm on Saturday I waited him till 7 pm when I called up that person them he mentioned that oopsss I never knew he didn’t come let me check after which he called and mentioned that I never lifted the call from that technician and he dropped a text which never ever happned!! Again a big fat lie !!! I asked him to come right away and fix it and he was like I cannot do that you waittt !!!!!! Again I registered the complaint and none of ur technicians came up ! First teach ur technicians how to talk to a customer I have spend around 11k and got washing machine right now as a show case this is my 3rd week !!!! You suck!!
Washing machine not working
6 kgs washing machine pcb not working service engineer visited site but the part is not replaced due to report head office. Still three months the part not replaced when it reach the part how many months we ar waiting for repairing

I complete on 15/72020 one mechanic come dt16/7/2020 say part will be not available part will come then he will be come to repair but till not any come costumor care not answer the call or service center not call receive what shall I do next

Regarding Onida washing machine fully automatic front load
We have purchased on Dec 2016 with 2 yrs warranty , starting 2 months only get problem with PCB , until several 100 times complaint raised with customer care , they had taken 5 months time to solve and get replace it. Now again some what problem raising.either light indicator not starting problem. whenever we complaining it takes min 10 -20 days to solve it , worrust customer care, waste products.will please replace machine only we can't bear every time this nuisance.
