I recently got the Oraimo Necklace-2 OEB-E74D neckband wireless earphones and within 2 months of purchase, it has already started to show many problems. Firstly it doesn't start for days and even when it does, it keeps disconnecting and restarting over and over again and the controls are also faulty and don't work at times. The charging light is always blue indicating that it is charged even though such is not the case and it never seems to turn on for more than 5 minutes at most.
I want you to replace my freepods 3 to a working one, because I'm facing a lot of issues from the day one and I'm really frustated with the issues.
1. Earpods are not charging from case.
2. Earpods don't get disconnected even after putting back into case.
3. Earpods don't connect easily to the phone.
4. Charging case light nevwr glow while opening the case or even when putting earpods back. It only glows while charging.

These were things which I could manage but right now there is a major issue in which the right side earbuds stopped working completely . sometimes it might work but usually the sound is not audible from that side. Therefore , I want to get it repaired or replaced so that I would not have to face the issue in future.I have also mailed to oraimo on official mail but they didn't responded. Please resolve this issue and do the needful process on an urgent priority basis.
