Returns & Refunds

• If you have any problems with your order, you can return unused item within 30 days of receipt with the original tag.
• You can initiate the returns online through website, go to top most right coner select on Login/Register:
  • Log into your account.
  • Go to My orders
  • Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
  • Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
  • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
• Once the company received the product, they will initiate your refunds by :
  • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments,it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
  • Peter England Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from peterengland.com.
