Shocking that brand like this big does not have round the clock Customer service facility... in today's world who has has time to resolve househokd appliances problems at evening when does reach home before 9pm...

On July 2018, I have identified that TV is having retrace line in LED
Screen. On 13/07/2018, I have raised complain with Philips customer service
about the said issue
and they have visited my home to see the issue.The complain number is
*BHU1307180023*. In more than 6 months, I have not received any update from
the Philips team.
So I visited your office at Hanspal,Bhubaneswar on 14/01/2019.The reply I
get from your office is "*due to nonavailability of parts, your TV can't be
repaired and complain get Cancelled" *and asked me to call to the customer
care number again to raise the complain. When I called to customer care
executive, they said *"Your complain has been cancelled and re-lodge the
complain again".*
I want to know why you have not updated me immediately about the status of
complain, why you have Cancelled my complain and I want within a week my TV
should ready without further delay..
After awaiting for 6 days and complaining on the 4th day, over the response on my complaint through your customer care executive, today a man named Akhil turned up after 4 pm.
I had specifically instructed to fix an appointment and come as wife and I are working, it was clearly mentioned not to come after 4 pm on 18th September 2018.
As against to my request, the person came sharp at 4:15pm in a very shabby dress, not in uniform or wearing any uniform, he did not even have an I.D card. I specifically asked if he was representing Philips company or was he any agent or outside person, he said he was a Philips employee.
Moreover, I had requested for a demo as we were finding it difficult to use it. He was asking for the operational manual and how to kneed dough.
Totally disgusting service from Philips. Mr. Akhil said he is helpless and he will be available only by 20th September. I requested that my complaint is already 6 days old and no escalation so far nor complaint resolution.
Now Mr.Akhil says that one Mr.Udhav who is the service manager of my area will come. When we asked about his arrival he said he doesn't know nor does he have any commitment.
Highly impolite and non mannered behaviour from your service executive.

Request Philips customer service to please advise as to how the system can be configured for bluetooth support so that I can play songs through bluetooth. Further I want USB also to be installed so that songs can be played through pendrive. Incidentally, in the system neither bluetooth nor USB are there. Please advise.

I am drafting you this mail with the reference of your another apology mail by PHILIPS, I had call on customer care number provided by you for asking about status, It's already one month passed , Customer Care Executive replied me , "Your are not only the our customer we have lot of customer your complaint "THA1008180039" is on hold due to non-availability of Spare part you will have to wait until the part is available"
This is your customer care service very arrogant and sense less people, not understanding or listening the problem just ordering to wait, and when I ask for how many days customer care executive replying as "I don't know" just wait. Since last month my TV not working properly I am taking continuously followup and you are insulting customer ordering them to wait and not ready to explain for how many days , if for a month or 2 months or more than 2 month we have to wait then whats the requirement of your After sales service why should not you replacing the TV ? " TV is a daily watching product it's not a occasionally, once in a month, quarter or yearly base using product.
If you do not have spar-parts of product then replace the TV why will customer will bear for your inefficiency , instead of providing service you are ordering customer to wait for unexpected time this is very shamelessness , due to this one month follow up I realised that "Philips India" not interested to do business in India because they have lot of Customers as your Service executive replied, hence I am also not interested to be a customer of company like Philips now I don't want your not sure service I just want my money back with Interest.
I have been using my Transistor since 1968. The band SW II was not working. I gave it one mechanic. He spoiled band system and returned to me. It is now working Medium Wave with great difficult. I have taken to other mechanics in Secunderabad for repairs. They have advised me get the band set, then only we can attend to it. I tried for band set locally in Secunderabad but it is not available. Will you please tell me where it is available. Or who can repair it. I want my Transistor fully in working condition. Will you please reply me at the earliest. I am 74 years old and I listen to Radio in day time daily.
We have a Phillips TV set model: 43PUT7791 in Dhanbad. Service person, Promod came onsite and said an IC in motherboard has to be replace. Inspite of several telephone call, Promod never responded. One can see how much irresponsible a professional could be.
