QUALITY ISSUE OF YOUR PRODUCT

I got a marriage gift Rado Automatic watch from my wife house,Now I don't wear it even once and have been complaining for 2 years and it stopped after seeing the watch, at that time I thought the battery was complete and I left the watch unused and this could be the case,Now facing the same problem after wearing it. Now I took it to a Rado store and they said they can repair the damage for a large amount. What can I do now?

I bought Rado Automatic watch for my father, now which i my self is wearing it, he alway complaint that after 15 to 20 days watch was getting slow by 4 to 5 minutes, at that time i thought as he was aged may have left the watch un used and this could happen, now after wearing myself i myself also facing same problem
