Charges extra for 4 years baby travelling along

Just wanted understand if rapido has invented special rider for small kids. If there is any such rules pls inform the customer we can book auto and travell. My charge was only 57 rupees but the rider charges me 110 rupee when asked about the rate he said because the kid was sitting in between so charged extra, what nonsense is this so dose it mean i have to book seperate bike for 4 years kid. Very unethical no logical at all when this person spoke and was very rash while riding that's a bad way of taking money

I booked a auto of yours on 09.10.2024 at 9.49 am the driver is Kethavath raju, i waited for 10 minutes at our 9.53 am i called him to know whether he will come to for paick up me or not he said where to go i told somjiguda, is he said ok and kept his phone. after two minutes i called once again he lifted phone and same is asked him he told i wont come to that place and i cancel the trip he told me. i fired him. but he did not cancelled the called, i looked at my mobile after half a hour that he forwarded the same to tow more auto drivers, the one auto driver called me, i did look at my mobile because i am travelling to my office. at around i saw my mobile a couple of called received and i called him what is the matter. he said you have book the auto i am waiting here. i told him, this booking is forwarded by your collogue driver where he not accepted my trip and i am not responsible for this trip. the new trip driver Mr. brarath chocky, said its not fault and there is no option for me to cancel. you may charge Rs.110/- after 10 minutes and it will cancel automatically by our ccs.

Rapido itself has the shittiest customer service in the sense that there is no concept of customer service. No one responds. No one calls. No one helps. No issues are resolved.

This is regarding my incentive lost for this week (July 28-Aug 4) I have almost completed around 120 rides with the incentive ammount 1200 should be there.

Aug 3rd, 11 clock I have made subscription for 1000 rs earnings and in subscription terms and conditions, they have mentioned that only daily incentive will not be available once subscription enabled... Now my weekly incentive also stopped for this week.

I rented a bike on rapido rentals and it was successfully booked but at the time of pickup the vendor asked me to cancel the booking as he doesn't have the bike which I have booked. The amount shown was Rs 750.

The driver demanded and I paid Rs.250 etc for parking charges.

The driver said parking charges are not covered in the bill.

Very bad Driving, caused accident twice

Today morning to reach to my office I had booked a rapido and he arrived after 20 mins to my pickup location. After my ride started and before reaching my office, the Rapido driver caused accident twice, and both the times I was hurt, the fault was completely on the rapido driver, this kind of driving is unacceptable, fortunately I had no bruises, but internal injury, but the passengers are not safe with such kind of rides, Action must be taken.

Driver declining after konowing the location

Dear, I had booked rapido taxi on 18th May from noida sector 11 to SDGI, dasna taxi driver Bijay Yadav picked up the ride and was standing on his location for 15 min. when called he asked for the location I told him dasna and he denied to go there, when asked why he had pircked up the ride and wased our time he was laughing like he did this deliberately. I cancelled the ride and again booked the new one and this time saurabh chauhan pick the call and same situation was with him he asked for the location after I called him and denied to go. Doesn't Ripodo share the location in advance with the drivers and if yes why they are pircking up the call. Rapido should make sure that if the driver picked up the ride he must go there. And heavy penalty should be levied if any one denies to go after picking up the call. These incident will ruin the image and trust of Rapido. I will never book a cab from Rapido now even if hte rater are on lower side. Service is more important than the money.

Costumer paid online but I pressed cash

Hello dear rapido team,

I have dropped the costumer from point A to point B when the payment mode is came he paid online from the scanner which is directly connected with the earnings. But accidentally I pressed the button cash collected now the payment is stuck and I didn't get any notification of payment which is added. Please solve the issue..

No safety for women

Rider asked for extra which i agreed also informed that the original payment will be online and extra in cash - rider agreed but at the pick up point after taking my otp he asked me to cancel and pay in cash. I informed him that i had no cash so he refused to take me and we started arguing on the road. He started calling different guys from my neighbouring locality. I was surrounded by many men on bikes he also threatened me by saying he knows where i live and if he saw me ever on the road he will teach me a lesson. He also kept saying that if I was a man he would have beaten me. I called my local police who took him to the lockup.

At the police station it became clear that the rapido account is on his brothers name but picture is of him, also he did not have a license because it was siezed and the bike he was using did not the same bike registered on the app

I have placed a GD on his name.

So Rapido please tell me why you are taking our money but not doing enuough to ensure safety for women. How come thugs and goons are utilizing rapido to scam citizens.

I have a GD and i have all the details to prove that Rapido as a Company is scamming prople. This is a matter for the Consumer Court.

Unprofessional Driver Behaviour (Rapido)

Hi Team,
I had booked the trip for a friend of mine.
Once the captain he asked us the cancel the ride . That time I said it's not possible. Then the told us that he will Cancel the ride from his end and asked us to pay the money directly to him rather than via Rapido.

But my friend was dropped middle way as the caption asked my friend to wait for 2 mins as the caption mentioned that his bikes battery is low and needs to be charged. Initially he said 2 mins he will be back but my friend waited for more than 30mins bcuz my friend was forced to pay money the rides personal account even before starting the Trip..

The trip cost was Rs.155.

He just travelled 1km from the picking location and dropped my friend in mid way giving lame reason that his EV battery is low and needs to be charged.

We tried to call him but was not responding. Later he picked the call. I do have the call recording and the payment ID ...

THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONALISM AND BREAK TRUST CUSTOMERS TRUST ON RAPIDO .

To whomsoever it may concern I would like to drop a complaint regarding a ride i booked today. When i booked the ride the fare was showing 180 and after the completion of my ride the driver did not end the trip and showed me his screen that the fare was changed to 245 which i paid him in cash but when i Reached office and saw the ride i saw the total fare was 181. I request you to look into it and refund my amount

To whomsoever it may concern I would like to drop a complaint regarding a ride i booked yesterday. When i booked the ride the fare was showing 128 and after the completion of my ride the driver did not end the trip and showed me his screen that the fare was changed to 330 which i paid him in cash but when i came back home and saw the ride i saw the total fare was 174. Very Unsatisfactory Service

I took Auto from Jogeshwari to Kurla. My driver name was Dasrath Yadav, Rick No M03CT1653. While reaching near Andheri, the driver drove away the Rick in high speed on Highway. I tried to stop him so many times but he didn't listen. He was very rude. Once I reached to my destination I was asked to pay extra because extra kilo meters were covered. I escalated my concern with Rapido team and very soon I realized they have nothing for us except expressing regret.

They are expecting from me to raise the concern from App and stop the Rick. On main Highway how this is possible I don't know

First he came after 15 mins after booking then we started the ride.. he was continuously talking on phone during ride.

During ride I said him we can take left here so we can reach early he said I will follow my map I said OK,not problem.

After 5 mins he stopped auto in front of banglow there was no road ahead and made ride as completed and started asking for money. I said wait this is not my dropping point then he started abusing at last started fighting. I have given 100 rs he didn't given me 9 rs back (charges was 91rs) and gone.

His behaviour like local Gunda.. please take action against such drivers.

I have a great respect to Rapido. But unfortunately your divers some time make frustrated. Today morning i booked a cab from Vittal Nagar, Pune to MIDC, NIghoje. Driver received my request and it was showing 5 mins to reach me. But i waited for 20 mins he did not turned up either canceled. He asked me where to go and after that he did not move from his place. He never come. After 25 mins he diverted ride. Because of I delayed to the office. I had the same issue even 2 days back. Particularly your cab drivers are not bothered about passengers.

I have booked a auto from majestic manhattan phase 2 to Pune airport at 6.45am 29 November 2023. At the time of payment he told me to do payment via rapido app and after payment told me to do Google pay. In this way I have done payment 2 times.please look into this .

related to cash paid amount

I have take a ride which is of Rs. 55 when i have reached to my destination i want to pay by paytm but driver has said that you will pay by cash i didn't use paytm then i had paid cash but after 1 hour driver has requested to end the ride then i click on it then in my rapido app it is showing that i have to pay 156 Rs. for that ride why i have to pay now i have paid already then why it is showing again and again not allowing to book new ride..

my parcel not delivered

Complaint against driver charging extra amount

Driver name. Badal rajput vehicle no.DL1RTB1464.
Driver ia asking extra 50rs.
And if I agree to pay him extra 50rs
Then he will come to pickup location.
Otherwise he will not come to the pickup point.

mobile stole

this morning I booked an auto in Rapido. He dropped me at the drop location when I was giving him the money I left my mobile in his auto while checking my mobile it was missing and then I'm calling him he listened and went off with my mobile he did not stay. I would like to file a case against him in the police station. will you take action or not on him?
the Rapido auto number is 0468 in the app. Will you please action on him?
