This is in relation to the store Raymond Premium Lounge, located at K-24, Sec 18. Invoice: SRAY18/665
I brought fabric (powder blue) of highest quality on offer and gave my suit for stitching at the store to Master Imran, and Master Santosh. They assured me that proper care will be taken of my suit. I even told them that this was my engagement suit, for my function in the beginning of October.
My order date: 10th August 2024. After multiple times of them trying to give me my tux with water marks and spots, they finally said they will restitch and fix my vest as well (which has clear stitching issues). This was in late August/early September. Today, on Oct 5, they have told me that they won't be able to stitch my suit after they again messed up my Tuxedo and the vest is in the same condition as it was in the first week of September.
No amount of refund will be able to repair what they have done with me and perhaps to other customers. My engagement is in 4 days and since this is the peak period, I am unable to find a different tailor who can stitch my suit on time.
I DON'T HAVE A SUIT FOR MY ENGAGEMENT. I hope you understand how big a deal this is. I hope you blacklist their owner, who not only did not understand the gravity of the situation but was also disrespectful to my mother who had come to the store with me. This is extremely unprofessional from your staff and they have screwed up such an important once in a lifetime event for me.
I will never forgive Raymond and all your associated staff - especially Mr. Dinesh Mahesh Suri, the owner; Mr. Rihan, the manager, Santosh and Imran - the tailors. I can't believe what I have gone through because of the callous attitude of your tailors and staff. Even after 2 months of time and so much unnecessary back and forth, they have been unable to deliver on their promises of delivering a suit.
I hope you take the strictest of actions against them. A line of acknowledge and helpful resolution would be highly appreciated.

Dear sir, I have 12000 Raymomd rewards points which were I’m going use for my brother marriage shopping in end of March 2021 but due to spread of corona virus your showrooms is closed an I’m unable to use those points please help me so that I use my valuable points
As discussed we have purchased full suit with stitching on 06th Dec 20 and Raymond staff committed to deliver on 14th Dec 20. We have purchased material at Rajarampuri, Kolhapur Maharashtra.
Tomorrow is my marriage ceremony arranged and still trouser not yet received. Also Manager Golden Singh is on leave, Nothing any staff is supported quickly. Now without trouser how can I marriage??.
I need this on priority in next 2 hrs.Please discuss with your staff and arrange the same. Staff says by mistakenly trouser sent to Jalgaon branch.

Dear Sir , My self Sourav Ranjan Ghosh. I have given two shirts and one trouser (Bill No. A24/20-21/00051) in Raymond (Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, WB, Pin- 733134) for tailoring. Among them one shirt ordered for half and one for full. But on delivery time I got half shirt in place of my full shirt which they delivered me forcefully.
I choose Raymond for tailoring for your company's high reputation and sophisticated works. But the actual scenario shocked me. You have made the same mistake before to my relatives. If you do not take any steps then you will loose your reputation as well as your customers. You should refund my total shirt amount to compensate it. Here the bills and my payments are attached. Hopefully you will take action against this.

In September 19 I purchased a fabric from your dealer in Gurgaon At the time of purchase I was told that you will get 750 points each on your birthday and marriage anniversary day which can be encashed any time. As both my birthday and marriage anniversary fall in November, I checked up with them in the month of November then I was informed that your bonus points will come in December, after making calls on various occasions Now I m informed that minimum shopping shud have been 3000: Is it not a cheating ?

Today I was purchasing at Aurangabad show room. They told me there is gift on Rs 20000.00 bill amount. At the time of billing I request to check my points. As billing amount was above 20000 thusand. I request them to redeem points and give me my gift also but show room owner or billing person refuse both at a time.
