I hv booked ticket through red bus 15/8/19 from ludhiana to chandigarh. My allotted seat number was 20. And conductor saud u r late ur seat alrdy alottd to other person and he offer me confuctor seat. Seriously rediculus. Refund my money please this is second time

Very disappointed. I wasted a whole day. First time such an worst experience from Red Bus.
More over the customer executive response are very un-professional. felt like i got cheated.
I have booked coimbatore to chennai two seats which showed by 1300 after payment could see got deducted 2265. Called and inquired to support executive. They accepted the issue is from there end. After several calls and long request they cancelled my request. But still now i didn't got my full amount back. I'm keep on calling and no proper response from Redbus end.

I had purchased a E-Tkt. from Puri to Kolkata by 'SHAMOLI PARIBAHAN BUS SERVICE' on 5th. May 2019 (Travel Dt.) Tkt No. TN5W14028617 of RS. 815/- only. The money transacted was made through Bank. The scheduled Bus service was cancelled on that day, as a result I could not travel on that day. I hope that the refund money was automatically come in respective Bank A/c. But sorry to say that I have not received any amount till date.
As a good gesture, you will take immediate action to refund the said amount.

This is Rakesh,i had recently traveled from Trichy to Chennai on 21st April 2019 in MRM Travels via Red bus it is a AC Sleeper bus and they have charged Rs.853 but AC was not working. Instead we have asked driver for the worst condition he told that they will refund the amount. Kindly contact the bus operator and refund our amount so that in future we will continue our services via Red bus.

Bus not available at the boarding point
This complaint is against k k tours and Travels . I booked a ticket on 16th July, but bus is not available at the boarding point, and when called the given number he told me for the different location, and when I reached the another location the was not there. It was totally shit. I request to red bus team to kindly remove and lodge a complain to this type of vendors.
K k tours and Travels. It was worst experience with u. I suggest everyone to to never travel or book ticket from this vendor.

Misbehaviour of driver
This is to inform that our trip experience was horrible as we waited at the
petrol pump for around 3-4 hours at night and there was no one to help from
red bus as well as the agency.
About this we spoke to Mr. Jagdish as well as Punit mehta and explained the
whole scenario.
The driver was very rude and he tried to trick us. Speedometer was also not
working. On asking about the Speedometer, he started abusing us. When we
told we talked to rebus about this he told it's not his problem as this is
his vehicle and we have to give full Rs. 3000 for refilling the tank as it
was beyond your policy. We were ready to pay Rs. 2000 but he started
threatening us and was not letting us go . More over he also called police.
Agency was also not helping us. We asked for the replacement of driver or
cab but no one helped us. We have given overall Rs.5475 (advance-, 975
petrol-2500 petrol - 2000) also we need the reimbursement of local bus
ticket of 1340 and cab fare which is 1080 as we have paid . I am attaching
all the bills here. We want the full reimbursement from red bus. If you
want I can also share you the audio recording between Mr. Jagdish, Mr
punnet, bus agency and mine.
Hope to get reply from your side asap or else we have to take necessary
action against red bus.
