I have replaced Reliance Dis TV with Tata Sky . Have a 1-year recharge packaged. It has been 1 month now that I am being asked to recharge again. I have been making frequent calls to those whom I had installed, but they are not attending the call. Your customer care number is not in range. With this service system of yours I think I have made a mistake by removing the tata sky.

Help me by knowing all the information. Otherwise, I will be forced to remove Reliance.

12/3/2018 को बुक कराया , कनेक्शन के लिए 8 महीने तक फोन करते -करते परेशान हो गए , तब जाकर दिसम्बर आखिरी हफ्ते मे कनेक्शन लगाने आए , जो reliance big tv से independent tv बन गया , और अब चैनल्स भी कम कर दिए , TRAI के नाम पर अपने अपराधो को छिपा रहे है , हमे 6 वर्ष तक बिना किसी अतिरीक्त शुल्क के सभी मनपसन्द चैनल्स दिखाए जाए अन्यथा 6 वर्ष का total amount
ग्राहक को दिया जाए ।

Sir my independent tv have the freez problem I have complain also but no action has taken plzzz solve this problem and call to the customer care they are not pick up the phone u can solve this problem ...

I have reliance big t V connection. Since one month I am calling customer care and I am getting the reply that server is down and call back in 24 hours. I am repeating it since one month and I am getting the same reply.they cannot even tell about the monthly package or recharge expiry date. Such a big enterprise and giving the reply server down si ce one month. I lose my money by installing reliance t V and shame on you reliance to cheat the people. If you have such a poverty do some other jobs. It's equal to begging in street to collect monthly charges and not providing any service. Again shame on you.... If you have no money for food pls let me know I am ready to provide the roti from my daily wages....

Hi I booked my new connection on 16 October 2018. As per policy I was promised that installation will be done within 10-15 days time maximum. Now today 17 days time he lapsed nobody turned up yet to install the connection. Cannot wait more since my kids are getting mad and annoying a lot. Please make this fast or else refund the money! Recently installed reliance big tv ( independent tv)

Udaya channels ( udaya tv, udaya news, udaya movies, udaya music, chintu tv) NOT coming.

I called customer care, I got different answers. Channels not available. Channels will be available in 1 hour/ 24 hours? / wait for two days etc.

Kindly check what is the exact issue?
Resolve ASAP.

news channels no all the news channels not veiw getting error 200 it's not subscribe. Not able to cc number also, I registered in March 1st took for 6months installation how to get news activated.

The DTH service launched by Anil Ambani is nothing but a big fraud. I booked the service in 7th June 2018 and paid Rs.500/- on assurance that the connection shall be provided within 30-45 days. Today it is more than 100 days there is no sight of the connection. The Customer Care makes one and other excuses. I am told that the Setup Box is with local technician and they will install the connection shortly but no one has yet come despite 15 days has elapsed. The customer care is not able to provide the name, address and contact number of the local technician and neither willing to connect to the senior staff on the plea they have no such information. It is, concluded that there is no local technicians and no setup box is ever delivered or purchased. Anil Ambani is playing fraud with the customers and collected million with dishonest inducement of 5 yrs free DTH service. There is no big surprise if he plays similar fraud with Govt. over Rafale deal. Govt. has been kind to give him a chance to come out of insolvency but if large number of people are cheated in this manner Govt. of India must rethink of awarding Rafale to Anil Ambani company.

Hi, I have made a booking for new connection on 06 march2018. after booking i have received a message from your side that INSTALLATION WILL BE DONE BETWEEN THIRTY TO 40 DAYS. MY BOOKING NUMBER IS A12906135. after few month on dt 3/5/2018, I received a text msg that DEAR CUSTOMER WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT INSTALLATION OF YOUR NEW BIG TV CONNECTION WILL COMMENCE FROM 15TH JUNE 2018. TILL DATE (5/9/2018), I have not received any msg or installation at my home.

I booked a big tv connection on 3rd march 2018 And paid 499rs as booking charge. As per your policy it should be installed in 30 to 45 days.
But after 60 days you didn't provide any connection even you didn't answer of my complaint done before.

Reliance big tv setup box will not installed up to today . I want back my money

This is to inform you all that the Reliance Telecommunications & Reliance Big TV DTH both are making people bluff. I am a Reliance DTH user from the date of 13th March at 11:55pm (which is midnight) all my payed channels which are not working due to channel upgradation from 13/03/2018 to 24/04/2018 which is been told by Costmer Care Executive. And on 02/04/2018 all the free to air channels are also not seen by me while calling & asking about this matter the won't know about this matter. After few days on 24/04/2018 while asking about the matter they told us that all the channels are restored, while asking for technical support complaint which; I had launched the costumer care executive reply is that he will be coming by 24hrs to 48 hrs till now nobody has been called from technical support. These kind of problems which are faced by the Costmer who has payed to useless Reliance Telecommunications. "They mean to say that if once anyone has payed the full amount to them now your duty starts means (for new costumer) and duty ends of the Reliance Telecommunications because they had got the money.........

If reliance is offering money to use their service then also i would fefuse to use because they are making fool of customers INFECT I WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE SHOULD BUY RELIANCE RIGITAL TV CONNECTION.

I have booked online on 1st March 2018. But still no communication from company side. Toll Free numbers are also not working. I need my money refund. I tried Tamilnadu & kerala nodal officer M/s. Lakshmi contact number which is given above she is lifting the calls i think she is not there in the system.

I booked on 2nd March so far no enquiry not yet installed. If you not able to deliver the return back the money.
