Refund of cashback is cheating
This is to bring to ur notice that after the jewellery was taken Ac for Cashback & all formalities done an executive calls the next day & says that the cashback will not be forwarded due to discount amount given at the time of purchase has to be deducted
Sorry this is just a act of crime 1st u call us to purchase with discount offers & then when v are already paying deduction charges rate variation charges from the market how can u say that the discount given on purchases will be deducted after 5years strange
Pls be sure I will take this matter to consumer court & get clarification to the matter if I dont get my refund with immediate effect
Purchase of jewellery

I have ordered customised gold jewellery 2 months ago from Reliance Jewels rath Yatra varanasi, after 1 month they contacted me that my order is ready but it was completely wrong and then they said that they will make the changes and contact me. I didn't get any update so I visited the store I talk to head girl who looks after order she was giving false allegations on us that we did changes that's why our jewellery is taking lot of time, and then she promised by within a week I will get my things but when I made call on store she was again giving illogical justifications of not giving my things on time. I just want to ask Reliance is such a big brand name, can't you train your service providers how to talk to their customers. These sort of notorious people are spoiling the name of big brand, don't you people care for your customers first. We customers are giving our hard earned money to you and in return we are being treated by ill mannered immature people and even not getting our things on time.

I purchased jewellery from.your store at Mall of Amritsar, Amritsar, Punjab and I am.very dissatisfied.
I did not like the behaviour of your persons dealing with sales. The concerned person who heads the store was very rude, unprofessional and even shouted on me when I complained against his unprofessional behaviour. He told me different value of same jewelry every 10 minutes and took 2 hours for billing when your store had no other customer.
My bad decision, I purchased a diamond bracelet on 24 June, 2019 worth rs 47,000. I however later did not like and went for return on 1st August, 2019.I was told a final value of 36,000 after making me wait for 4 hours and and during that 4 hours I had hell of time. I was told different return value every time. It was mental harrasment. I was the only customer at that place.
I was made to sign the bill and realised that value on it was rs 34,000 only and not 36,000 as told to me after wasting my 4 hours.I was too tired and exhausted to fight.
The money was supposed to reflect through NEFT in my account in 10 working days
It's more than weeks and there is no refund.
Kindly refund or I will file a lawsuit case for mental harassment, cheating and fraud at jewellery store.
This attitude is not acceptable.i have all.bills for reference. If you have a WhatsApp no., I can send.
I have even sent a mail at your customer care email id, but no response.

Making fool and cheating to people
Today I visit reliance jewels for purchasing jewelry unfortunate I had buy the same after your staff call me. I want to exchange my old gold and buy new one. Making charges is too high and gold price given to me is very high as compare to nearby PC jeweller. Exchange gold is not seems trustworthy enough. You told me 24 carat gold price 39290 when I check from PC Jeweller there is 900 RS difference in your price your price is 900. Making charges first told me 739 on product that is nowhere near to other competitor there high end collection Lal kila making charges is 550. They are also providing same discount as you are providing to your customer under abhar and making fool. Your manager call me again and said we can change the making charges and after discount it will be 480. Please provide me calculation if 24 carat gold price is 39290 how you calculate the 22 kt price that is 36950. Your calculations are fake. You charge me 36950 22K gold price that will make 24K gold price more than 40 thousand. Even in the old gold evaluation process you are cheating with your customer. Person who is accessing the gold checking points is jewellery where other material stitches and scan from there. I said to them why you are checking the points in each jeweller and putting in scanner that way. I make it check one ornament again and found there is difference of purity 2 carat. Person put the jewellery from one corner where machine showing purity 20K I said to him please put the middle of jewellery that is 22K. He said to me when we melt actual thing is find out and make me ensure that there will be no fault. My jewellery weight taken as 54.45 mg with average 91.8 percent purity. When they melt the same they said me there are lots of impurities in your jewellery and your jewellery weight is now 54.25 mg with 85.15 purity and make the purchase. I have no option now. Definately your old gold evaluation process is not trust worthy when you melt gold you add multiple chemical into that. How I ensure now that when you put melt gold bar in scanner that will provide correct result. You are definitely making fool to your customer. Chemical using hammer and rubbing the bar on hold gold after melting make it loose. Both way you cheat me you take high price of gold campare to your competitors and making 22K gold price even more high. Old gold evaluation not done in trustworthy way. Zero trust on you old gold evaluation. I will definitely spread this on social media the way you are making fool. If required go to consumer court for same.

I am Priyanka Mehra , today I will be purchase gold in reliance jewellery Delhi pitam pura New Delhi.,I purchase a gold 1 neackleas 2lack 19 thousand 7 hundred 26 rupees , so they give me 22k gold in 32786 but today 22k rate is 30260 , so that please explained me why they getting to much money and I want my refund my money ,I don’t want gold in reliance jewellery so please return my money .
