Renault gives some parts that is defective
I have Renault Duster car, My car was given for service to Renault service centre 2 years ago and the service representative told me an offer is going on and that all Renault duster car have option to replace front axle free of cost by Renault, I agreed got the axle replaced (though original axle had no issue) but after replacement within few years the car was sent to Renault service centre for issue related to some sound coming from the front while taking Rt turn and the advisor/ service personal told that axle need to be replaced/ repaired (I am sure the fitted part was defective as why will show problem in 2 years of normal running from office to home, no out side drive) that shows efficiency of Renault , now another thing is Renault charges heavily on maintenance compared to other companies and its spare parts are also costly, so next time if I buy Renault car / vehicle one has to be careful.

@RenaultIndia cheats customers Their fuel injectors are defective and then deny genuine claim even in warranty.Its my obligation to warn customers from being conned.They deny your genuine claim using false reasons.Their Any Time Warranty is a scam.

Product quality is very poor
Very bad experience with duster .the quality of products which is fitted by
company is very burst and no one listen. My cabin ac cooling coil on
running 20000 km leaked in lockdown period without any movement .car stay
in garraz from last 6 months . Complaint on customer care of bad product
quality but no response from quality control department. There is not any
department of quality control no need to check product quality what is
supplied by vendors company. Because company having big name and fame .so

had just received an update just now after following up myself , as because there is no response from you on e mail. It looks I have to Follow up myself everytime for the same. Service Complaint_4-07400078. The Vehicle is with the service center since 23rd Sept 2019 . It is almost 10 days now. Today I have learnt that a part has to be ordered and it will take 12 to 14th October to reach Guwahati. Please understand , this is not at all acceptable and I fail to understand a brand new car has got so much problems. Please understand this cannot go on and my entire movement is hampered due to lack of a vehicle. Also Pls specify what has been found wrong in the Vehicle and what parts you need to be replaced. This is relly a very bad and unpleasnat experience with Renault India and now its not at all acceptable anymore.
Please update on the same or I will be bound to take other due recourse available to me .

CAR Repair - Sump damaged
Respected sir
I would like to bring the following issue to your notice and need your help to resolve.
1. I purchased Renault Kwid ( Reg no AP31DK 4516) in September 2017 from the dealer -Viswarupa Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Visakhapatnam with a lot of enthusiasm due to good featur and low cost.
2. On 23rd December 2018 , the oil Sump (lying at bottom of the car) was hit by speed breaker on the road and engine oil leaked . I drove the car to few meters to park on side of the road. I called Road side assistance (RSA) immediately and arranged the car delivered to Renault Service center located at Auto Nagar , Industrial area , Gajuwaka.
3.The Renault dealer informed on 26th December that oil sump is damaged and to be replaced and but after few days probbably after one week they inspected the engine parts and informed that some parts of engine like Piston/ Conn rod/Shaft is damaged due to leakage of engine oil so need to replaced. To my surprise , they again informed after 21 days that engine block is also damaged and need to be replaced and demanded Rs 50,000 as total for repair and servicing cost with further suggestion to replace with new engine which will cost Rs 70000/- instead of repairing.
Here I want to bring the few points -
1. Why Dealer took 22 days to inform me as to which parts actually damaged? That too in three instances.When they opened the car first time for inspection they would have told it that time only. I foresee some malpractice.If finding out the damage parts took such time then when can I expect the parts arrival and repairing of my car?
2. I approached the Renault India and lodged the complaints on 27th january 2019.then only dealer approched me and informed that all parts have come and car will be repaired in few days. It was almost more than one month . I have suffered like anything without car during this period and following up with the dealer. Now Dealer is asking rs 50000 for replacement of parts or Rs 70000/- for new engines.
3. So I approached the insurance company for reimbursement. Surveyor inspected the vehicle and rejected the claim on the ground that it has happend due to manufacturing defect and not by accident . Since oil sump is made of plastic and no sump guard is provided so it hit the speed breaker and got damaged and hence engine parts got damaged .So Insurance co. rejected the claim and told that had the car met any accident and engine got damaged they would have reimbursed the cost .
4. So I approached the Renault India and requested to repair the Engine free of cost under warranty since it is a fault on part of Renault as Oil sump in Renault make Kwid car is made of plastic materials. It must be Steel or Aluminum, which most of the other car manufacturer provides due to its criticality. Renault, knowingly provided the plastic made Sump to reduce the car price. it has resulted in this incident and i suffered. But Renault simply ignore my request and asked me to contact local dealer for any grievances.
5. So I approached Dealer - Viswarupa automobile Pvt Ltd and asked them to repair my car free of cost under warranty . I told that it is a fault of Renault providing plastic made sump and not providing any guidelines for safeguard. The Dealer has induced me to purchase accessories worth Rs 15000/- which i subsequently purchased at the time of delivery of car from showroom but they never advised me to buy Sump guard when it is meant for safeguard of the oil sump. Moreover the ground clearance of the car is also low and sump is fitted at the bottom of the body . So it has most probable chances to hit any substances. They simply told me that it is paid service and we cannot be blamed for speed breaker. Had the Speedbreaker not there then there would have no damage done to car. I told that then how can i made responsible for speed breaker.
6. So i approached Road and highway ministry at the center and written a letter explaining all the incidents occurred and requested them to either compensate the repair cost as it is due to speed breaker my engine is damamged or instruct Renault for free of cost service . But No reply has come from them.
Nowo for last 3 month the car is lying at Dealer service center. I am not able to pay this huge amount .Even i have not enjoyed the car for 1 year.With lot of efforts i purchased the car .
N ow I have decided that I will not pay this amount since it is not my fault. Renault has to repair the Engine and give it to me.If Renault knows the criticality of Sump then why they have not provided Sump guard to protect it from hitting or damage at the time of purchase . Even the dealer has not informed the same. They know if guard is not fitted than oil sump has a chance to hit and damaged so that they can make money on repairing .
Had the oil sump is made of aluminum /steel or any sump guard is fitted , the damage would not have been occurred. Matter of fact I , the car was not met with any accident . Oil sump was hit by speed breaker while the car was in 20 Km in speed. How could it able to damage the oil sump if it is not inferior quality.
I even called Renault customer care but they have same answer. I asked customer care executive to provide the contact details of higher officer / concern department to escalate the issue but he simply rejected my request and was reluctant to give any contact details. I was completely hurt. Once we become customer they behave like this.
request you pls look into the issue and resolve. without car my family is also facing lot of problem . Even i could not able to go office on time. It brought lot of problem in our lie. We are so much depressed with this incident and non cooperation behavior of dealer that we decided that we wonot take delivery of car let it be there in dealer showroom and become scrap. but i will never drive renault car in my life.

Mene apni car ki service faridabad Renault एजैंसी में कराइ थी उस टाईम में मेरी गाड़ी का सॉकर लईक था मेने बोला की मेरी गाड़ी का सॉकर लीक है इसे बदल देना लेकिन उन सर्विस बालो ने सॉकर नही बदला सर्विस वालो ने झूट बोल दिया की हम ने सॉकर बदल दिया उस टाइम मने भी नहीं देखा की इन्होंने सॉकर बदल दिया या नहीं10 दिन बाद मेने अपनी गाड़ी का टायर खोल तो मुझे पता चला की सर्विस वालो ने सॉकर नहीं बदला फिर में दोबारा सर्विस सेन्टर गया और बोला की तुम लोगो ने मेरी गाड़ी का सॉकर क्यू नहीं चैन्ज कियो तो बोले के आपने हमे बोला नहीं था के सॉकर लिक है मेने बोला की अब कर दो चेन्ज तो बोले की sr आपके सॉकर की वारण्टी खत्म हो गई है मेने बोला की ठीक है लेकिन उस टाइम तो मेरी गाड़ी वारण्टी में थी तब वो कुछ नहीं बोले और मुझे सॉकर चेन्ज करने से मन कर दिया

मैंने अपनी डस्टर कार मार्च 2017 में ली थी up80 EA 7950.सिर्फ एक साल में ही मेरी गाड़ी 4 बार खराब हो चुकी है। हर बार गाड़ी में कूलैंट खत्म हो जाता है और गाड़ी बंद पड़ जाती है। मैंने कंपनी में गाड़ी को दिखाया तो कोई भी इसकी वजह नही बताता ओर गाड़ी की सर्विस करके दे देते है और आज भी उसका कूलैंट खत्म हो गया। गाड़ी स्टार्ट नही होती और अगर स्टार्ट हो जाये तो बंद नही होती पर कंपनी वाले कुछ बताते नही की उसमे क्या प्रोबेल है बस हर बार पैसे दो और गाड़ी सही करवाओ।
मेरी गाड़ी अभी तक सिर्फ 25000 km चली है और अब तक में 3 बार कूलैंट ओर इंजन आयल बदलवा चुका हूं पर कंपनी वाले इसमे कोई परेशानी नही बता पाते।

i bought a car from benchmark motors jalandhar.model rxt 1.0 999 cc.they charge me 477000.that time they didnt gave me bill.i said pls send my car at my this address .they send my car after four days .and send me bill 411700.in dec there is a scheme free insurance and accessories up to 15000 .they didnt give me accessories.i ask so many time give me the details about price.why you gave me bill only 411000 other 65000 money where gone.why not you provide me all details of my money.i call so many times their sales manager.he didnt send me the full detail .they all are cheaters.i will wait only 4days after i lodge fir against that sales man and benchmark jalandhar .

Sir as i want to get this issue in ur notice that i have given complaint on 9-5-2018 that my vehicle is completly shetdown and the vehicle is not starting and its been very problemetic to me,,and i have called ur custamer care people.and i got a call from road side assistence people and then the mechanic came from ur compane and checked the vehicle and told me that ,there was a serious electonic problem in the car and it has to be taken to the nearest renault compane
Service point and ge it checked.afer that again i called ur customer care service center and called and asked they told me that there will be ur compane vehicle will be coming with in 1hour time, and they will toe the vehicle,all of a sudden my mobile battery got week and got switched off.and again i charged my phone and imedyatly i called them back with in 45 min time.the resone they told me that the vehicle had come and gone back,they t ried calling me and my phone was switched off .and then i asked them what to do they told me that this time they will be charging 2500rupees to toe the vechile. (Now i wanted to ask u that is that what the reasone that i have to pay money in the emergency even when my vehicle had complitly shutdown and i dint know what to do in the trafic.)

I called to the customer care becoze they did not send me the driver details conact num. To contact them back ,now tell me whos mistake is that.
2)when i had a free road side assistence commitment from ur compane why am i supose to pay money.
