Didn't get premium even though my money was deducted

I upgraded my premium account today but as soon as my money was deducted it showed transaction canceld and my money was lost ....and didn't get a premium

Amount wasted

I paid for premium but I couldn't enjoy the premium facilities. That was worst and my money was wasted.

I paid the amount twice but I don't get the premium please refund my single amount and give me premium
