Re: Repairing of Food Processor
I lodged the complaint for repairing my food processor on Saturday at 9.40 a m in the
morning. I ask the lady at other end when the technician will come for repair? she said if possible
Today otherwise on Monday I said no body will be at home on Monday. So send him on Tuesday
Till now no one came to repair the Food processor. This type of after sales service you offer to your customer ?
Me and my wife both are working. Food processor is very important for us with such type of after sales service
In future we will think twice before purchasing any item of Rico.
