I having J7pro one month old, my charging adapter failed to work. I took it up service centre, they also tested and they will agree to replace the charger adapter head but they ask me to handset and told you have to backup your phone and bring, we will reinstall the software and give the replacement of adapter.

Never purchase samsung mobiles all phones are bullshit they are fraud i hace samsung s8 water test fail my device dead company says its liquid damage but s8 is water resistant. With in minute my s8 dead under fresh water. So guyes never purchase samsung ph fraud hai.

Blurred Pictures in Selfie Mode in C Nine Pro

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I bought Samsung C9Pro last year in March 2017, since then I have been getting blurred pictures from Selfie mode of the phone. Initially I didn't realize it and later when I visited the service center to rectify the error, they gave unusual explanation that "It is a feature of the phone to blur the selfie pictures" then I revisited the service center where they after my repeated pressure, changed the selfie camera but nothing happened and photos kept being blurred in Selfie Mode. I just want to specify that all throughout these months most of my personal and professional events have been ruined in these blurred photos.
Kindly provide a solution for the same immediately.
