Last year, on the first day of the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, I purchased this product with great enthusiasm. But I regret to say that this product is not worth purchasing as it is being advertised. Please note the following feedback:

1. Manufacturing & designing defects: This product is very delicate. Even handled with the utmost care, it comes across with a folding issue. Is this product made for showcasing purposes or routine use? I used at least 4 versions of NOTE models & many models of the iPhone. There was no durability issue ever arising earlier with any device.

2. Service issue: This product comes under the top premium quality phones with a heavy price tag. But I regret to say that service quality is hopeless. One has to visit multiple times to service centres to get it repaired, which is completely undesirable for a working person to leave his office for many days. Then, there is a Samsung Special bureaucratic system of investigation of the handsets 3-4 times & by layers in the hierarchy of your co, even for the under-warranty product.

It is evident that the manufacturer completely understands the defective design & production blunder for this model. This product is not worth what you are advertising. I'm not being listened to & being dictated harsh company terms in the first year of purchase, I fear who will take care of the buyer's concerns after the end of the warranty year.

I have purchased Samsung TU8570 led TV from Reliance Digital store D.D. Mall Gwalior on 27-09-2020 and installation is on 02-10-2020. but, now I am facing light bleeding issue. so, please replace my Samsung TU8570 led TV immediately.

J7 prime 2 was purchased in April 2018 at reliance digital, kota; my son is tired and frightened of going to Samsung CustomerCare like if he has to go for some exam centre, Phone repaired 4 times in 5 months, now 5th time in 6th month, I can understand that machine is a machine, but you are humans and I hope you can understand the agony of betrayal of trust a customer feels if this kind of thing happens and that too in a home where there are 8 samsung products working , be it mobiles to refrigerators etc, he is too studious and does not know anything like consumer rights etc, all he knows is books,kindly alleviate his pain which your mobile has caused, he is a student ,

For my order querry at samsung Shop i have tried calling several times in office hours but still it says call in office hours 10 -7pm i called still it says call in office hours. What to do with that m very dissatisfied with your servive Samsung insted worst customer care ever sorry to say that but its true.

No help offered by shop owners, who said hand over the mobile to service center. have submitted to M/s Techno Crafts, MP nagar Bhopal vide Work Order No 442 dt 27.08.18.

Im using samsung A8 Plus and the call are being disconnected automatically after 60mins of call duration. Pls help in chnaging this setting as its creating a problem in case of long duration conference calls.

I HAVE PURCHASED NEW AC on 22-6-18 but ac not working since installation time. I have raised complaint on 23-6-18 but AC not replaced till date.

I had purchased the Samsung J7 in 2015, since then the display of the phone had stopped working 3 times till date.
I had paid around Rs 6000 for the repair. Guarantee given by service centre will be valid for 3 months only.
How samsung is given such a guarantee of 3 months .
My phone display stopped working from the last 4 days.
Service centre person telling me that i have pay again Rs 4325 again for the same.
This is not correct.
Every time i have to pay such amount on regular basis.
How the display god stooped working in short span.
I request samsung to stop making fool people.
This is how samsung is getting money from the people.
I am also forwarding my complaint to the consumer forum against the services and facility of samsung mobiles.

My name is Avniish Jain, my Samsung J7x phone has an invoice number of 1458. I purchased this phone 23/2/18 with the help of Paytm. On 13/6/18, the phone was turned off automatically after its running and then it was closed After that we did not send the Avantika mobile service center foot. He said that after saving the data and re-fetching it then we took it after saving the data, then he said that there is no brokerage. Land, he held the phone back and we had to pay Paytm.

Yesterday i was went temlpe then i band my neess my phone j7 max was under my jeans pocket then i stand up and watching that my phone is not openning till now from 12 hours..
So pls hepl me for reopen my phone..
