My sister in bangalore bought a new state bank of india atm/debit card recently before leaving for college. When she tried to withdraw money from the account it said that the transaction could not be completed and that you are not permitted to make this transaction. What is she supposed to do?

I am a SBI customer and ATM card holer , I along with all the clients of this area are sufferig huge ly for the apathy of SBI ATM ,which remain shut down often time and since last few days even weeks ot is out of order ,causing huge trouble to all the clients as it is the only ATM in this area ,Our repeated complaint to the local SBI manager has produced no results please do necessary redrassel.

I am extremely sorry to refer to a fact that I have received at least three messages on my mobile phone No. 9954644151 within this month that each time from Rs. 100.00 to Rs. 110.00 has been debited from my A/C. No. 11869210678 in the name of Debit Card Taxation. Txn. Nos. are : 201215620203, 201207099975 and 201218402274. Since the card being in force in June, 2009, a huge amount has been debited in the same way. I feel that some mistake is there with the taxation system on my card. Please carefully look into the case and do the needful.
