Dear SBI card team, you have wrongly updated my email address that I have provided to you. So please update my email address correctly. I have tried multiple times through SBI card login page but couldn't resolve my issue. So please do the needful.

I have applied for credit card on 7 july 2020.my credit card application number is not provided on the time of applying and i am not able to track my sbi card.

My credit card limit is very low ie Rs 10000/- which is not sufficient for my need. I am requesting bank to increase my credit limit, otherwise card is useless for me.

I took out xxxxx money from SBI ATM City center Agartala (Tripura) but it didn't came out because of some issues in ATM machine but then after 1minutes message came that my xxxxx is been withdrawal. And then I went to the bank and complaint they said that they'll solve it but they didn't and after few days I called to customer care too but same they gave me 7days though please kindly help me out.

Sbi customer care number does not work its your services is very bad.

hello sir i am amit rawat from jaipur. sir i purchase payza $ from my sbi debit visa card on 11 feb 2013 but i not receive my $15 and my balance Rs821.59 also cut from my bank a/c . when i send support ticket regarding this to payza they say that they refund my money within 7 day but i not receive my money within 7 day so i contact again with payza then they say that they already send my money but i not receive my money they send me transaction id from my payment send please check this Transaction ID: 1217265 Authorization code: 984099 .my debit visa card no is -4591510079967910

sir sbi debit card, mastro card , gift card and virtual card all of but is not work in neteller, entropay paypal and bet365 a/c all trancection is decline my all transection is .INR( indian rupees) but is not successfull please solve my problem thanx…

I have been Customer of SBI since 2011...and its been pathetic experience when I got to know that they cut ATM Annual Processing Fee for debit cards they just cut Rs.102 as processing fee...what a pity.
When I become customer of SBI they provide me debit card free of cost and they did not mention at all about the processing fee....It's a shame that I am a Customer of Such bank....I suggest people please ask them(SBI representative managers) properly what kind of processing fee they would incur for providing any kind of facility.
No other banks cuts annual processing fee their debit card holders.....Hope this content will fall on deaf ears of SBI Representatives.....!!!

I have received message from sbi card that card despatch details on 12th Jan'2013.

stating that BLUE DART COURIER PVT LTD REF NO EV13011020404.

But when i enquired with BLUE DART COURIER none of docket number found given above.

so, pl. take necessary action to reach the card to me.

PL. TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUS. otherwise i may go for legal actions

I was a satisfied customer of SBI credit card from past one year.
This year they have blocked my card 4-5 months back owing to some dues and these dues were only coz my card was on auto debit facility on overall amount.
I always paid bills on time and if any month I was failed to paid within the due date, i paid within that month.
you can imagine my payment regularities knowing this that I spent more than 4 lakhs from the credit card in a year and by 4 months back my all dues were clear. I was always regular to payment, now when I ask why my card is blocked they say due to irregular payments.
Man, common, In a year i paid more than 4 lakhs with no dues and still they blocked my card.
I have been contacting customer care, VP / Head services, but they just have been saying that ur case is under investigation from last 4 months. This is highly unsatisfactory level of service I am getting from the SBI team.
Now i am forced to leave a negetive feedback here after being paitaint from long enough time.
Hope to get a positive response from them soon.

WHILE I DID NOT DO ANY SUCH TRANSACTION FROM MY ATM CARD.
